Entree Linguini - Chef's homemade Linguini served with Atlantic Salmon pieces finished in a traditional vodka cream sauce or Vol au Vent - Chicken or seafood, traditionally baked with a creamy garlic and herb ragout. I met her and her husband and some of the dogs late last year and she does a great job coordinating a rescue service from Cairns that operates across the country! Simple and effective idea!
