The breeds are collie (the Queen preferred dropped ears), smooth daschund, and either a terrier mix or an undocked Foxie. The poster speculates that the dogs like the Queen's collies contributed to the development of the Gordon setter. Here's the young Queen Victoria with Prince Albert and all their pet dogs at that time. Prince Albert's much loved greyhound is leaning against his master's leg. Just out of interest.
