That was interesting
Our dogs LOVE very stinky dead fish to roll in , as well as maggoty smelly dead whatever- sheep/rabbit/snake /lizard....... Decomposing billy-goat is apparently wonderful !! 
In my previous life, I well remember letting GD's in training off for a  free run in parks , and have them roll in human waste....delightful ! 
It is one of those wonderful dog traits

Oh god, the memories...  We get dead eels wash up here and when I had my dogs, one delighted in rolling in them, the other eating them. Gag!!!!
