  7. Yuck. You poor thing - I burnt to a crisp today ETA: Removed image as I hate what photobucket is doing to the compression
  8. Got my 'new' camera yesterday so apologies for going a bit nutty today!! (So annoyed his arm is blurry in this one) (ETA: Just realised this photo isn't edited properly with the bar down the bottom left. Oh well, I'm too lazy to reupload )
  9. Nawwwwwwwwwwwww 96/365 - how could you ever say no to that face
  10. How cool are they! I love your shots and I have to ask, Seahorses and Sea Dragons are my absolute favourite; I don't suppose you have any of these beauties to share? :D
  11. I'm exactly the same as you pers. I love taking shots of my dogs and the little blighters are always on the go and I feel completely frustrated with my inability to get the settings right in time on an SLR  That said I've got a Nikon D80 on Layby with Cash Converters so will give that a try  (I sure as hell wasn't going to pay top dollar for one given the number of tantys I've had with hubbys )
  12. Look at his spangly little toes; what a great shot!
  13. I just love them all but I do love the 'B'
  14. Holy crap! That shot is both beautiful and terrifying  Moorhens, eh? But "fuzzy little black hatchling chicky things" sounded so scientific! Thank you!
  15. Okay, so it's a crap photo taken on an equally crappy camera with an even crappier photographer  BUT I thought the content was just too sweet not to share. I couldn't believe how close the Mum let me get!! I've also got heaps of other shots of the little fuzzy clan but unfortunately the reflection from the water is awful Even more unfortunate was the conversation I overheard of the local children who had seen them the day prior but there had been more babies among them. I spotted a burmese cat just moments later who obviously considers the lake his local digs and put 2 and 2 together
  16. Look at Coopers springbok thighs! :D And I absolutely adore weimie face in pic #2 and the bum hair whorl in #3
