  2. Same here Sitting at home all alone Laughing my head off.....hope the neighbours don't hear me......Crazy Lady next door. Thanks for making my start to the week full of Laughter. :D
  3. A soft carrier may not be your answer, I have had one eaten by a Cav.....and she unzipped it too. I would get a wire crate, Mine is a big one and I put 2/3 in it to travel in the car. Good luck with your new puppy and I need Pics :D
  4. :D That actually happened to me at a ve when I was bitten by a very sick little kitten (rescue with cat flu) The Vet put the kitten down took me to the Table and scrubbed the bite with anteseptic and covered the wounds......I thought it was funny at the time until I learnt that Cat/Dog/Human bites can be very serious.
  5. Good on you for accepting all the advice given, I wish you luck at the Doctor and also with Layla and your journey to solve this problem. :)
  6. No advice re Layla.....BUT please make sure you have your hand looked at by a Doctor and maybe go on antibiotics. I had a small puncture from a dog bite and finished up in Hospital with 3 surgeries. Dog nips that puncture the skin especially near bone need treatment.
  7. Luka is one stunning dog. I would never get anything done if I had your dogs.....lol The camera would be on standby at all times....Thanks for sharing your pics - there is no such thing as too many pics of your Frenchie's and Luka.
  8. :D Love all the puppy pics.....but I want to cuddle them all.....
  9. Morning I hope you are all sleeping...it has taken me 2 nights to settle and not jump at every creak How are you and the little ones this morning ?? The cameras I bought from ebay for you should be here next week..... :D
  10. Thanks for sharing these pics.....amazing cat and such cute little pups. My Cavalier whos litter of 3 pups had just left us - I got a call about two little kittens dumped in a park, Off I went and brought them home they must have only been 3-4 days old......thinking I would be hand rearing them. Kyra immediately started licking them fed / raised them to 9 weeks when the went off to wonderful homes. Animals are amazing the way they protect/love eachothers babies. My Cat brought in to me a tiny bird who must have fallen from a nest....not a mark on the little bird so I kept it for 24 hours, dropper fed it water-then let it outside and the parents/other birds came and flew off with it. :)
  11. Just saw on 7 news that he is in hospital being treated for dehydration and hypothermia - I truly hope they keep him there for a few days and that the Parents are really put through the ringer before they get him home.... God Bless his faithful dog.
  12. Master and slave should be the title of this Pic. Thanks for the laugh :D
  13. Thank Dog they are safe......just saw a report on google but didn't say how far. Poor little fellow must have been so scared being lost for over 14 hours. Parents have a lot to answer for and I hope they get a good grilling.....
  14. Stunning pics Pockets.....Miss Ava is looking rather proud of her bubs. Facinating how they are all so dark when they are born....will they look the same as Ave when they are Adults. ??
  15. So sad for Mrs.Norman and her beloved pet Lady. What a brave lady.....and poor darling needed 20 stitches to her hand. When are these attacks going to end - I agree Skye GSD I have moved recently and when walking with my Grandson to a local park I was shaking because of all the dogs either unleashed or lunging on their leads at anything that walked or moved. I then started driving to the Park as there seemed to be no dogs just Parents with Children using the play equipment in that section of the Park. Run free at the Bridge Lady
  16. :D I hope we are going to get puppy pics today. All these little bubs born in the last few days.....so exciting.
  17. Sorry to laugh BUT your description made me smile.... I have only ever deliverd Cavaliers and small dogs so I can imagine a Big Dog making more mess. I suppose in one way all the cleaning you have to do will stop you being glued to the whelping box staring at you little bubs for a few hours.... Hope the cleaning goes well so we get to see some pics :D
  18. 2 years old and has wandered up to 1km away in the past.....neighbours have alway brought him back....WTF I have a three year old Grandson and he is never out of his Mother/Fathers sight either front or backyard. I just saw a news report and a "Neighbour" talking saying "well he must be out here somewhere - well we hope he is." I feel sick that this little one is lost and pray that his dog stays with him and he is found safe.
  19. Congrats Leema.....pics when you have had a rest would be great :D I have never met a Border Terrier let alone seen puppies :) Pomz - Kia Kaha to Ava and the bubs... :D
  20. Thanks for sharing your pics. I have always wanted to go to Fiji and seeing your pics as well as a GF who also went over for a Wedding........I might try for a trip next year. Looking forward to more pics.
  21. Good luck GL and look forward to hearing your Happy Story. Pomz and Pockets how are the little ones doing today ???
  22. I was the same here last night Teebs......but your safe.
  23. Please keep this thread going...... I also think it was someone sticking their head through the doggy door..........but when the dogs all started they scared them away. May 1000 Clowns attack the rotten person who did this. Oh yes and what will the Tin hat achieve ?? I have started thinking I might just get the alfoil out and start a New Model for my Melbourne Cup Hat for tomorrow.... :D
  24. Pockets you have done soooooo well all on your own Kiss those chubby little pups. sorry for the two  but they know you tried. Now take a bit of time to relax, make a coffee THEN get the camera out and take some pics......
