  1. I am sorry to hear that Sydney has this reputation and that you have personally been subjected to this. Ive been attending shows for a little over 2 years and showing just a few times at present. I show mainly in Sydney but also at Hillsborough. There are good and bad everywhere from what I can see and hear. I have not experienced it personally but have seen and heard it about people I know and people I dont know, purely bad manners. There is no need for people to be rude to anyone, if they cant be nice then they shouldnt say or do anything IMO. Maybe I am wrong but I believe that these people are either a. afraid of the competition and would be happy if noone turned up except for them or b. have no idea on how to be nice or c. well I wont voice what I think c is :-) I agree with Benshiva but then I do cohabit with them at shows :-) but I have also made lots of other friends at the shows aswell. Had I listened to the way people talked and carried I would never have even spoken with them nor anyone else for that matter but am glad I did otherwise I would never have become involved in the dog world. Please do come and say hello, we arent hard to find and I promise we are nice, well I think we are :-) and happily help anyone that needs help and chat to everyone.
  2. Ah yes I forgot to mention lid and door opening in my post
  3. Yep I have a NFS and its just on 2 years old. Didnt use it for 18 months as my dog ended up being NSQ so have been waiting for my new pup to be able to use it. Have used it about 12 times and after the first few shows 2 of my wheels came off, put them back on and they are continually coming off. Another thing I dont like is when you are wheeling it you can feel it in the handles the whoel trolley moving from side to side. I hate mine and will not be getting another one. Yes they are light but I am now debating whether to spend 100 on new wheels or just buy a whole new trolley
  4. Ive been looking for that too

  14. I was naive enough to think that even though I moved all of my items to the back of the vanity (her shampoo etcetc) and put the loo lid down so she couldnt fall in, never did it occur to me that a 14 week old border collie would jump on the loo and climb on top of the vanity!!! Of course now when I go to work everything and I mean everything is in the cupboard and she is left with water and a few toys, all good???? LOL nope I was greeted today by said puppy at the front door, we now climb over our baby gate and had free reign in the house no damage to report though :-) For now she will still remain in house when I am not home as I also have a GSD who is just a little too big for her to be outside unsupervised. Lots of good advice you will find something that works for you :-) ETS in house but confined somehow, just need to figure out how lol
  15. Yep and I saw it all and they are very beautiful dogs :-) Well done
  16. Is it for a hydrobath or bath/shower? We just replaced our shower head with a hand held from Bunnings for $47.00, the idea being I can wash dogs in shower cubicle :-) The pressure is fantastic and you simply screw it onto the existing fitting no tiles etc to deal with. The other thing we got for the bath itself(or you can connect it to the laundry taps) is a connector where you can use your garden hose and get hot/cold water it was around$18.00, you need to have an aerator type tap though for this to work. Can take pictures if you like. The idea for the tap connector was to use with the hydrobath as this was cheaper than replacing the motor which I have been waiting over 12 months for OH to fix :-)
  17. Im with Petplan and was having deductions monthly for 3 dogs, then they changed to another system / company for deductions and it still remained as monthly just in 3 amounts on the same day then it went from 2 amount one day and the 3rd the following day, Im still waiting for an explanation on this and all I can get is 'thats just the way they do it' They didnt not deduct though it still came out on time well all bar the 3rd lot. Why take it out in 3 separate amounts instead of the whole amount in one hit?
  18. Yeah post those pics girl! :-)
