tlc - I wanted to try the 3 monkeys in one exposure, but my OH couldn't be bothered moving so I did it as three separate shots and photoshopped them together.

Thanks CM... What difficulty did you come across? I just lit it from above to avoid a shadow in the shot.

Had a bit of fun in the bathroom tonight

My left eye is my crappy eye (very, very bad vision), so I use my right eye. I can't stand looking through my left eye at anything, let alone down a view finder! I probably smudge up my screen, too but I don't take any notice!

Thanks everyone... You do have to be pretty dedicated for Project 365... There are some days where I just want to throw it all out the window because I'd rather just go to bed or watch TV or something monotonous! But I have to think of the bigger picture! A crappy picture one day isn't going to kill me and I'm over half way and there's no point in stopping now!

This is my fav with Jedi... Even though you can hardly see me! I just realised I have hardly any photos of me with the dogs! I'm always the one taking the photos!!!! Must rectify that one!

Thanks Kirislin... At least the way I am doing things I can do both (medicine as my career, with artistic hobbies on the side). Unfortunately medicine doesn't really work as a hobby!! ;)

I set my tripod and camera up pointing to an area in my yard, focused the camera at a certain point that I knew I would be standing. Turned off all the lights around the house so it was pitch black. The camera was set to 30 second exposure. I ran out to the spot I had marked, crouched down and then holding my mag light forward towards the camera, swung my arm at full length, from above my head to the ground, up and down, moving from my side to my centre, swapped hands and kept going... Then in lightroom I changed the colour of the light. ;)
