  1. I wanna play  Just need easter props...
  2. I have one, I can count on one hand the times I have used it. It's a top quality tape one purchased specifically for when I travel and need to toilet a dog.
  3. If you keep the crate by your bed you should hear the pup get up at night. It only took 3 or 4 days before my girl was sleeping through the night. Then make sure you toilet them first thing in the morning If the pup has an accident inside its not the end of the world - just clean it up and make a mental note of how you could have prevented that accident. Having a puppy is a fun time, just relax a bit more and enjoy it. :)
  4. Kenwick Vet also does TCI, their site http://www.kenwickvet.com.au I have not done either but know many people that swear by surgical and many others that swear by TCI.

  7. I recognise this cutie Love all the Easter pics everyone. Any excuse to dress them up :D
  8. Only just noticed the leg!! Not the whole time... Just most the time I was in Melbourne, Launceston and Hobart Nice and sunny in Coles Bay and Everton :)
  9. Hmmmm let me know what you find CC! Im considering going to watch Swan Districts (my team) are playing Claremont (probably your nearest team) in WAFL on the 30th if you want to try shooting some AFL :D I tried some shots today and might be doing more of the same sort of thing next weekend :)

  11. Thanks TSD. They decided to let her try and if she gave up were going to send the older bitch for it. But Dee Dee is a VERY determined little pup so she did it I love the river there, sadly all the local ones in WA have gross water and steep banks :S
  12. Well even though I'm on holidays I went to visit Zora's breeder and 'helped out' with their training! We did some land retrieves and then went to the river, super impressed is an understatement as their two 11 week old pups were absolutely fantastic. One of the dummies from the launcher went a bit far and little Dee Dee ended up swimming at least 60 or 70m to get it! They also had an older bitch Cosmo there who was super keen and going beautifully, she reminded me so much of Zora in temperament! I have over 300 pics but here are a couple of my favs. (I almost stole the pup in the second pic, he was so adorable and retrieving reliably to hand!)
  13. Oh yay I took some 'sport' shots yesterday just for fun but they'll do great if I don't get a chance to shoot anything else. :) Haven't had a chance to comment yet but I've had a quick look and the photos are just awesome!
  14. Looking forward to seeing the pics gapvic! :)
  15. Remember it's the last day of shooting today Looking forward to knowing the next theme, might influence which lenses I pack to take on my holiday :)
  16. Yes! To me thats quite stupid and I always get confused - I had to double check before I typed it and I have the condition
  17. Yes - because I have problems seeing things that are far away. :) If you have no issue seeing things that are far away you have no need for glasses when looking through the viewfinder. Clear as mud?
  18. I only know because one day I had a major tantrum thinking my camera was broken since no matter what the viewfinder was out of focus - until someone pointed out I wasn't wearing glasses
  19. I'm short sighted and if I don't have my glasses on things are out of focus. However looking at the LCD everything is crisp without glasses. When you are looking down a lens (or microscope) you are looking "into the distance" so if your far sighted it won't effect your shooting - just don't delete anything without reviewing it with glasses on
  20. Ok I got my last shot today! Going to be interesting  Wanted to get it done before I go on holidays. :D
  21. No I mean more like - I was taking a macro pic and looked up - had to snap this; I'm loving having some macro lenses to play with - they are REAL old school though. Its good practice to manual focus though :)
  22. Awesome piper! I'm getting some cute out-takes, mostly of Zora  I'll be looking for abstract things and end up doing a Zora shoot
  23. Yeah I think after all the feedback from here I am going to try real lawn - just a very hardy variety! :)
  24. I was just reading some of the old threads, for an area my size it looks like it will cost close to $2000. I think it might be a bit out of my budget...
  25. I have been working on some things at home, sadly can't make the training days as I am working but I'm very glad to read how well the red kids have done! I'm fairly sure knowing my luck though Zora will come into season as soon as it cools down and then by the time her litter is grown the season will be done.
