I just saw this thread...... Like other posters, it has brightened my day I had a tic tac in my mouth and when I read this , I laughed so hard, it flew out !!!!! :D I would love to try it just to see my dogs reactions - but I dont think I could do the telling off with a straight face

I think the only one able to give you the correct advice is your vet ....... If you have any questions , just ask ...... your vet should be able to talk these through with you They will know the correct course of action , depending on the positioning etc of the sinker Good luck and let us know how you get on

Sounds like reverse sneezing to me ( also known as goose honking among other things) He should be fine ... it is one of those small dog traits ....

i agreee with the other posters... Our oldest girl has just turned 11, and had an anaesthetic a few months ago to have 3 teeth removed. Definitely get the pre bloods done ..... just to make sure everything is functioning normally. She will be just fine , and lots happier without her tooth ache !! Our girl had extra spring in her step after she had her dental....

Some really good advice here. Our 2 little ones have had mixed fortunes .... I girl has had many teeth out - she is now 11 .. she still chomps up her food , but sometimes I will chop her food a little smaller..... Our other girl still has all her teeth - she is 5 We give chicken necks to chew , as well as dry food I also clean their teeth daily and they have regular dentals. I guess dogs are like people .. some have more problems with teeth than others ... Best thing to do is take him to the vet for a check up - but Puggles has good advice ..... best to do it at the time of desexing to avoid an excess of anestheatic... I am sure the little man will be feeling a million dollars in no time - with a happy , healthy puggy smile !!!!

Hi Moosashi Both our girls do this little digging regime .... not all the time . As other have posted, they seem to like to make a little ' nest' to lie in I agree with BC , when you see your dog doing this, remove her straight from the couch Good luck

I too agree with all the other posters. We keep one of our dogs in full coat - she is brushed daily to check for any tangles , and to help keep the coat healthy. Our other girl is in a shorter coat - her coat tecture is better suited to that.. However, she used to be in long coat As long as there is shade and water .... your friends little dog should be fine However.... long coats do need daily brushing , so she needs to keep on top of this

Ouch - that looks very sore. Snoods are a great idea Give lots of hugs and TLC - works wonders !!

Have tried many of these - but Supercoat seems to suit out 2 girls really well

I feed my 2 malts on 4 legs - they loove it It does smell quite nice .... unless it goes a little off .. definitely watch the use by date Produces nice firmish poos and I'm quite happy with the all round results. I tend to chop the balls in half for my girls .... and they seem to wolf it down ok
