Awww these photos are so great... Brought a huge smile to my face!

I thought I'd set mine to release at midnight... I checked at 7pm and they weren't up... Turns out for some reason they'd gone to draft... So my apologies for them going up late! Brilliant photos this time round! I love that this gets us out of our comfort zone.

Hey Cm - nope... I'm not a bird fan! Lol! I am a specialist and work for a particular taxa... Carnivora! Don't get me wrong... Birds are lovely but i prefer my birds free flying!

I'm loving the fact it made me get out and STOP and pay attention. We have a little lake near us that I've visited once in three years.... It was great seeing birdies doing birdy things... But yes I agree you need boat loads of patience! CM - I'm in Melbourne.... Only one zoo in the city :) Can't wait to see everyone's photos... I've got to upload mine yet... Valentine's Day... 14th for reveal on 15th from memory?!

Yeah I got up this morning at 'crack of stupid'... but it is my normal getting up for work time... I went to the local lake and had a go this morning... wow, what an array of birds... and damn do I need a longer lens!!! :) I was sad I couldn't use zoo shots, I have gorgeous shots of my guys at work! So I couldn't cheat and use this: Hoping everyone is having a blast trying to capture birdies!! Or feathery things! MnDM

Of course, our gum tree outside has now dropped all it's flowers and the lorikeets are no longer visiting but naturally there are a ZILLION and one birds at work :S We went to the pier and all the birds had left My little local lake has some... gonna go hunt them down with my lens!!!
