  1. I would say providing the dog is still in good spirits then not to go to an emergency vet. If their belly is tucked up, and they are hunched and generally look down in the dumps, then yes go to the vet. It could have just been something they've eaten that didn't sit right with them. Or it could have been some grass. I'm a little blase about spewing after dealing with Darcy Withold food until tonight and then try with something bland - chicken and rice is the norm approach.
  2. That would look even more hilarious if you could have had Darcy in there with that sign! I think I'm going to have to go alphabetically otherwise I will just forget!
  3. Aww look at my idiot sitting on my lap! Great day Steve I will definitely look into a prong for my cocker Darcy, he doesn't understand the concept of loose leash walking Was so happy to see Top did have some drive in him, now to control it!
  4. Lovely work Bindi! Rocco - I love the tower shot! My dogs would have had an 'oh crap' look on their face if I tried that! Lea - love the B shot, just brilliant!
  5. Yeah I had a great time too, learnt a lot as always!
  6. Great theme! I've been shooting on AV under the OHs direction for the past fortnight, still learning lots! Will hopefully get started later today.
  7. Best Friends - OH with Top Home Mobile Vegetable - My pumpkin plant My "Child" - he was being cheeky trying to eat dirt at the park
  8. I'm so glad my vet is not like that! He knows cockers and absolutely revs Darcy up everytime we go in - both my vets and all the nurses love him to bits!
  9. Great shots Ruth - I've been slack too, its cruise season so too many early mornings for me, so tired! Oh look you changed all your sig pics!
  10. I will definitely check it out. Will be handy to have a ground closer once I move.
  11. Yep go see Kersti at SABS (Sydney Animal Behavioural Services) based at Seaforth.
  12. Aww poor Jake! Top absolutely hates motorcycles and normal push bikes - although this is just a sometimes thing
  13. Ahh ok cool, I'm hoping once we move I'll be able to get his weaving down pat, hes ok if we go really slow, but thats not really good in a trial!
  14. Yeah he can do contact equipment, the only thing hes dodgy on is weavers - mostly because I haven't got the room at my current house to practice them. Hes good with front and back crosses. Oh he doesn't do the see saw yet though, hes scared of that, even on the ground Had to reaffirm the dog walk because of his see saw phobia!
  15. Ahh seriously? I guess it can't hurt to try. Darcy will get bored though and start barking
  16. Well Steve could lick Top's leg if he wanted. Top is a very anxious dog who has developed an obsessive lick behaviour - mostly concentrated to his left leg, but he also will lick the other, walls, floor etc. Hes got a red lick mark now, am worried its going to develop into a lick granuloma. Darcy doesn't need much basic obedience - so hes better off staying home while I take Top. I'd love to cure Top's bike phobia - hows Jake going with skateboards now?
  17. Ahh ok, so if I turned up with Darcy I could just slot into the higher levels?
  18. Yeah it should be great! I want Steve to see Tops lick leg too.
  19. Oi you! Stop being so rude! I'll sick the mullet dog on you! Still undecided over whether it will be his lordship Darcy or the brainless wonder Top. Leaning more towards Top as Steve might actually be able to teach him something.
  20. I'm moving to Dural soon so I might come and try out Paws 4 Fun - I went to Castle Hill on Thurs when I first started and I really didn't like it, too busy and not enough time actually training. I currently go to Manly on Sat mornings and love it there, but its a bit far to travel every week once I move, so might make it a fortnightly thing.
