Thanks Clastic. Dunnwarren I love gingernut biscuits - I must buy some.... For Vienna of course
-
Oooh what's Cerenia? Vienna is 4 months old. Her crate is on the back seat. I couldn't fit a crate on the floor
-
Yes I keep the windows down. She is in a crate so I'm not worried about having them open.

Oh ugh!!!! Glad they are okay MM. I haven't had a garbage bin for many years. I have naughty dogs -
Thank you for all the replies. I have new ammunition to try now I think maybe this is payback for when I was a kid and could not go out in the car without getting sick. It must have driven my parents nuts

Ah yes ginger was on my list to try I might discuss the Maxalon with the vet when I see her next. I'd love to be able to take her out more without her getting so sick. I didn't think she had anything in her tummy to upchuck this morning - I didn't realise she'd made her own arrangements and been eating poo
-
She is very quiet in the car. Oh I've also tried giving her an ear to chew to keep her busy.

Okay I need some help please Vienna has been car sick since she arrived and I've been trying things to help but it doesn't seem to be improving. I fed her breakfast in the car every morning for three weeks as I drove up and down the driveway. I've taken her for lots of short drives to nice places. I've put peppermint oil on the back of her neck. I've tried her in a crate and out of a crate. I've tried Rescue Remedy. This morning on a drive she upchucked poo (that she had obviously eaten earlier) ;) OMG that was vile!! She did that on the way there and on the way back :D Any suggestions please?!

RIP poor Hugo.

Oh no what a dreadful thing to happen.

Is it? I've done it. Don't some people like it?

Here's my latest. Vienna was the first Lapphund pup I'd met and that was when I picked her up at the airport. She is fabulous and I couldn't be happier And this is Bree. I'd not even seen a photo of her before she flew over from Tassie. She is four now and gorgeous :D
-
Well I'm sorry to have to tell you that I have the five best and most beautiful dogs in the world right here :D
-
She looks okay to me (but I'm no whippet expert ). Some dogs much prefer raw foods. I love her colour!
-
Oh that is sad news
-
Yes that's where my baby Vienna is from How cute is she?! I am very happy with her.
-
They are so cute
-
It would be interesting to hear from the OP.

Gorgeous pics! How cute are those puppers?! Bree loves drinking the hot water. She can't reach in though so I have to give it to her in my cupped hand. Apparently hot bath water is a delicacy

I know you really want a puppy but getting into this contract does not sound like it's in your best interests. If you want a pet puppy you would be better off to wait. I'd not be too happy with a large entire boy and not having the option to desex him if you wanted to......
-
Before agreeing to buy a pup on breeders terms I would be having a long and detailed discussion with the breeder about what their expectations of the arrangement are. Will he be available to others to use and if so who will get the stud fee? Will they want to use him often?
-
Puppy people don't visit my pups until they have been vaccinated and I won't promise a pup until they are vet checked and I know all is well I am more than happy to email photos and keep people up to date with their antics until then though.

Sentinel stops the fleas breeding so should stop any that have bitten her from breeding. It won't stop her picking them up though. I've used Sentinel for years and been very happy with it but I do notice if the neighbours dogs have fleas mine end up with them too

How scary! Poor Yogi. I hope he recovers quickly
