I love you Harvey but can you please lick your lips after you have a drink instead of letting it all fall out on the floor??

Oh and thanks for pruning my trees for me, but I think they have had enough now.......

I love Pepper, but I don't love the bruises I get when she loves me back a bit too hard. Like when she misjudges and power slides into me when trying to halt a zoomie at the park, or when we're cuddling in the bed and she tries to push me off with her great long legs. Actually, I do love it, in a weird, ridiculous "this is my doggy and it's who she is" kind of way.

Oh I cop this too. Went to get my legs waxed the other day, and the woman was like, "good god! what happened to your legs??" He's just so solid...

He doesn't so much push me off the bed as he smothers me. Every time I move because I'm too hot or I just need to move or whatever, he gets up, spins around once or twice, and collapses again on top of me. This is a 40+kg dog :s

:p :) There's a world without hair and slobber??:(

Wheatens and kerries, you know you want to!

My family owned a Kerry and as cute as he was, he was a pain in the butt with other dogs. What are Wheatens like?

I love the fact that our dogs are very friendly and can easily mix with any type of dog. Even if a little dog growls or has a go at our dog (either the male or the female), they just give them a wide berth.

You could try Bedlington Terriers. Very good with other dogs.

Charley (girl) does pretend to hate Tommy the toy poodle but it is all smoke and mirrors. Leo, Charley & Tommy are really all dog friendly and when we go to visit friends with dogs it is a big social event for them too.

They have all had heaps of socialisation though which I think really helps.

The roomba is awesome for the hair. I used to have to sweep at least twice a week, because we have 6 cats (2 dogs too, but they don't shed), but with the roomba scheduled to clean at 6 every day, I haven't had to sweep or vacuum for weeks.

It's pricey, but it's so worth it. I don't know how I lived without one.

Wheatens are happy dogs! It's part of (one of) the standard. Must exhibit a sense of humour (my paraphrase). Grumpy has exquisite manners when he's not being grumpy. He mixed very well with other dogs and played very well (I don't let him anymore because he's an old man now but he does run around the yard with Mini, with whom he is very patient). Like any breed, kerries are in the socialisation. Some can be real play bunnies; others not so much.

I love you Ted but...please stop waking me up half an hour before the alarm goes off! Although it is very cute to get a lick on the nose then have your big brown puppy dogs eyes looking at me first thing in the morning it would be better with a bit more sleep!! Take a hint from Nahla who does not move until I pick her up to go outside!!!

I love my 3 lunatics but I would love them even more if they decided to each sleep through the night without having to go to the toilet - I would even settle for them just all waking up to go at the same time! I would also love them if they decided that after 7 was time for breakfast instead of anywhere from 5:30 to 6

Our house would not be the same without "tumble weeds" and wet floors....

Balance the good with the bad...

Hair everywhere = dogs that love me

Slobber on the floor = dogs that are happy to be here

Kisses and cuddles = content friends who care about me

Sheridan, we all love Wheatens and Kerries :) but how could you forget Schnauzers? ;) ;)

No hair and no slobber - the perfect dog. :)

If only they were Irish! :)
