Dividing Crate

Ok, so I've been using a cat carry crate for my puppy but he's almost too big for it, and he's still to small for the whole of his crate so I'm looking to divide it. I'm aware you can buy dividers for crates but I'm just wondering what else others have used to divide sections off?

My mum used some of that plastic mesh and cable ties but corflute might be better if you have a chewer.

Same with me, I just had a flat bed that took up half the crate and put newspaper in the other half just in case but the water bowl was on the side of the crate on that side anyway so it wasn't like they wanted to pee there anyway.

We have had problems. Just of a night. He is getting better though. I found some wire squares in my shed not long after I posted this and they're doing great as dividers

I have never made them smaller either and haven't had an issue. If you are after a crate you can divide though I think vebopet has wire collapsible crates with dividers

We just used a large esky to take up some room. Get creative!
