Dogsfevr Posted September 11, 2013 Share Posted September 11, 2013 Welshies are calmer/softer Springers can be a tad obsessive of there owners but like many breeds its training. "spring" is a key word for Springers they love bouncing up & down ,active & social. Working /show lines can vary as to the ease of living like any working gundog & the planned owners . Our neighbours have both & i groom alot of Springers ,i prefer the more "out there" nature of the Springer but the Welsh are lovely dogs Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Even if we organise another time away from the ring you will still be able to pick the differences. Welshies don't have a show/working split either.
