You have some good genes :) She was sitting on her bed ..one leg tucked under - like I last did around 30 yrs ago I think . She walks faster on her 'walker' than I do . yes she's frail, and forgetful ..but after several strokes , and a couple of years 'in care' she is doing OK .We took some cakes for afternoon tea - she enjoyed them - and also enjoyed going thru photos and telling me what to put on my next calendar .
