The laws are only coming into full effect on Dec 1. They were updated in November 2024, and all relevant breeder organisations were fully aware of it back then... why the panic now?

Is is going to be as enforced as the microchipping? Last I looked over 75% of lost dogs aren't chipped.... so minimum 75% who bred them are not registered breeders. Don't chip and .ost likely don't vaccinate and never have and never will be pocta assessed.......

 

Meanwhile less and less are going to remain registered breeders and less and less prepared to become one.....
