  1. Does it not say on the tube? Can't help sorry.
  2. Thanks Gretel and Jed - that's what I thought.
  3. I absolutely adore Cavaliers and would really like to get one in the future as i think they would fit in well with our family (but we already have two dogs so won't be for a few years). My question relates to their eyes (and I hope I don't offend anyone :p) I have seen in some Cavaliers very prominent 'buggy' eyes. I love that soft sweet expression that most of them have but really dislike this I know there is so much more to a dog than looks so I probably sound incredibly shallow but this would be the only thing that is a possible negative against a CKCS for me. Is it possible to tell how the eyes will turn out when the puppy is younger - I have seen some (photos though) really crazy eyed ones! Is it a case of not so good breeding or just luck of the draw? Also is the 'kiss spot' on some Blenheims common or again just a luck of the draw thing? Again, I just love them - I currently have a Cocker and will always have a spaniel Hope I don't sound stupid or awful :D
  4. I use a flat collar when we go out or for walks and no collar at home. I have a Cocker Spaniel
  5. sounds good add it to my (neverending) list of things to do
  6. Is that still the instructors course Jigsaw or for the actual dog owning participants - ie those who want their dog to be trained/assessed as a CGC?
  7. Agree with the mouse possibility. Sadly, we lost my heart cat in what the vet thought was a similar scenario - ate a mouse with rat bait poisoning. Hope he is ok. Not sure what else it could be - any ideas? Hopefully a one off.
  8. Your photos are always gorgeous Luke - I love the effects you can create Of course Barkley is a wonderful subject
  9. Just thought I would give this a bump for any newbies
  10. How cute would that picture be??!! Good luck
  11. hehe I knew Lacey was the front runner She has gorgeous markings You are right though about stacked photos - particularly of puppies - hard to get an accurate feel for them from just a photo. Hmmmm now where do you live.... ;) Might just have to come and check them out in person! NOt that I know what to look for in an Aussie I just think they are gorgeous dogs and the ones I have met have all been beautifully natured.
  12. As far as stacked photos go I would sayPiglet then Lacey Polly is still my fave though - she has a lovely dark face Interested in what registered names you have in mind
  13. Don't know if anyone has mentioned this yet but Frosty Paws sells packs of frozen assorted kangaroo bones. My mum gets them from Woolies in the frozen pet food aisle

  15. AND more of Polly!!!!! I WANT HER DAMMIT!!!!!!!
  16. oh and you can send Oi over any time ....... you may not get her back though Just kidding - I know how much her mummy loves her
  17. Amber has started sleeping on my bed but we have the door open so the cats can come in and out and we can hear if the girls need us. There haven't been any accidents in the last few nights but then I have been up a few times with the youngest and I let Amber out at the same time. OH doesn't always let her out first thing in the morning cos "she's sleeping" WAKE HER UP then!! He gets up really early and either she is doing after he leaves or he isn't seeing it (hmm prob latter ) Still considering anyway. I don't want to have to crate her at night as I like having her on the bed but may have to go back to it if she doesn't improve or I decide against a door. I think they are a great idea though.
  18. oh and petstock have the size I would need for around $360. Not sure what Bunnings is.
  19. Haven't got one yet - still umming and aahing about it! Amber is fine during the day (won't have accidents at all even though she may be inside without access to outside for most of the day) but at night I have to get up numerous times to put her out as she wees inside right near the door if she doesn't go out at least twice in the night she NEVER lets us know that she needs to go out (not really more ) It's just frustrating. I am a bit against it too because she is a barker and if she had that full access to the outside at night (it would be locked during the day as I can trust her then and like her to be inside when we aren't home) she would bark at everything!! Also, the cats are locked in at night (until we build our cat run they have indoor/outdoor access during the day) and I waouldn't want them to be able to get out at night. They have their own cat door in the laundry that leads out to the side of the house. The cats don't generally go out to the backyard cos the dogs chase them so they may not use it but I don't want that option there. I don't know I don't know how to teach her to wake me up to go out - would make it so much easier
  20. Still loving Polly but they are all sooo cute!!! I love Polly's face and her little kiss spot on her head *sigh*
  21. Priced the doors at Better Pets and Gardens yesterday and took Amber in with me. For her size (an 11.9kg cocker spaniel) I will need to get the xl one. Don't know why they don't have a large one Price was $409!! I get a discount at the store for being a CAWA member but still.... anyone know how much they are at Bunnings or elsewhere??
  22. It is a door panel that fitsinto a sliding glass door track so that you don't have to cut a dog door into the existing door. You can take it with you when you move. pig in mud
