Actually sometimes the check being/not being cashed is not much help. I have had them cashed weeks after the show.

Hi all, I've just been speaking with Wolfgang Schnitzer, CEO of Dogs SA regarding the state of the Group 1 ring at DogsSA Park. He, along with the groundsman, inspected Ring 1 this morning and located the offending burrs and bindis that wreaked havoc with our dogs at last weekend's shows. As a consequence, Wolfgang has asked that I post notification of Ring 1 now being closed for maintenance, until further notice.. Commencing from the All Breeds Dog Club Championship Shows on 20th & 21st November 2010, Group 1 (Toy) exhibitors are to use Ring 8. This information has also been posted on the DogsSA website. Please cross post freely and notify anyone who will be affected by this change of rings. Wolfgang said he has also established a DogsSA Facebook page but I haven't checked that out as yet. Ditto, I belive it is a different spot for dogs from the Kyneton Kennel Club Show?? Follow the main rd into Kyneton from the Calder freeway, turn right into ferguson before you go right into town, Right into market rd and follow around, this turns into Victoria st. The Showgrounds are on Beauchamp Street with Victoria down one side and Mollison the other. Last year the dogs where on the Mair Street and Victoria Street corner.

A slight bit of misinformation in a couple of posts. PDA is when the duct that allows foetal circulation, does not close after birth. It is not an extra vessel. I am surprised that it was not picked up earlier and that he survived at all as there is often poor weight gain due to all the energy needed to stay alive. to you Eco. Give him lots of love and fun times and let him go when the time is right.

In my last litter I only got one survivor, she is now 6 weeks old....and I googled Fading Puppy Syndrome....and found a site and it explained exactly what was happening to my puppy, same as your puppy. It reccommended Karo Syrup dropped straight on their tongue...and I happened to have bought some from Kerry at Whelping supplies because of Lisa aka Andisa re Puppy milk recipe. So that gave her energy for inbetween feeds. What was the site??
