  1. Yep, Delete. Zeph won some in Adelaide for Puppy in Show and I have used it like gold ever since. I have only just run out and he is 7 years old in April. If anybody knows where I can get it in Victoria, I would be most grateful.
  2. I do believe that is correct. And there is also input from the National Breed Clubs as well.
  3. Love the fact that you have an extensive range of Rogues collars and leads, especially the martingales. They are so hard to find, but brilliant for bigger dogs.

  6. Awe she is gorgeous. Congratulations.
  7. I would have let Zeph get the ball when it landed close by, and got him to heel. Then she could come and get it. Stupid bitch. If it had of been Dee, the BC would have been in trouble. Deliberately baiting other dogs to stroke your own ego is the lowest act. Stupid bitch. It is great that Thistle recovered.
  8. Thanks trifecta and pers. They keep me motivated, enthralled and entertained all the time. Especially during summer when the water is flowing.
  9. Brilliant photo. Chuckit balls are the best balls for ball crazy water dogs.
  10. OMG they are so suited and so identical. Beautiful. Absolutely brilliant. I am totally rapt for the four of you.
  11. They bring me to a sense of wonderment daily. Not all mine like yoghurt. Tamar thinks it is poison, LOL. Zeph is suspicious of all offerings, including ham and pizza. He is not a normal Rottweiler Dee on the other hand will eat anything on offer.
  12. Yep, dogs are the most amazing, resilient, and forgiving creatures that humans have had the privilege of co-habitating with. ETA is that like yoghurt? Mine love to lick the nearly empty yoghurt containers.
  13. Oh for f**k sake. Do some research before posting bullshit, Willem. https://www.diabetesaustralia.com.au/what-is-diabetes. In the meantime my dogs will continue to enjoy the occasional ice cream and other human treats, just as we do.
  14. I am simply reporting what the council are saying for people's information. What you do with the information is up to you. I have also been using the lake for a very long time and am slightly baffled by the don't go in the water message from the council. Seeing as how it has been built to go into the water. Beaches, boat ramps etc I was told quite grumpily that there are signs saying don't swim in the lake. Sorry I didn't mean to offend. I was just trying to be reassuring.
  15. Mine and many friends' dogs have been swimming there for years doing water rescue, and we have never had a problem, for humans or dogs. There are always people there kayaking and sailing, so I think that you will be safe Jules. Just like with swimming in any lake or river, take extra precautions after recent rainfall, and rinse off thoroughly.
  16. Oh I so feel your pain regarding windows. Dee is an absolute shocker: cats, dogs, birds and people. Slowly we have replaced all lower windows with 6mm toughened glass, because she has gone through them. The first incident was 3 weeks after I took out pet insurance. Paw through the window, nicking the tendon sheath. There are dog crates in front of the floor to ceiling double doors that go out to the front of the house. And a baby gate at the bottom of the stairs that leads to the bedroom that has floor to ceiling triple glass windows. She will jump on the windows and I can just see her breaking through them, sliding down the veranda roof onto the front driveway, never to be seen again. Her prey drive is scary. It sounds like Thistle and Justice are making great progress. Especially when you said that you got Justice to stop pulling towards the car, sit a minute and he collected himself. That is a huge win. He was allowed to self calm whilst still out of his safety zone. That is a huge win Snook. Huge.
  17. Thistle looks very cute and rather proud of her bandana. I hear you regarding sizing. Zeph and Dee don't even fit into a kids size 16, hence he is an elf wearing a muscle T shirt
  18. And Zeph wears both of those very well and with pride
  19. Thank you all on the wonderful comments for the ever patient pooches. They are extremely tolerant, forgiving and fun loving. The Christmas 2015 nursing home visit was a huge success :D Being adored is so exhausting
  20. Finished Dee's costume for this afternoons visit. Made using $3.50 tea towels and tulle
  21. Oh wow. Amazing photo. The pups appear oblivious to the roos, but one roo is watching, just to be sure.
  22. Mine know it means people, pats and lots of attention. As long as his doodle and his ears are clear Zeph has no problem with it. Today at the market Nursing home visit outfits
