I can imagine how upset you are right now, you must be beside yourself! I going through Geelong in the morning, I will keep my eyes peeled.

I think that's one of the harder parts to watch after we lose an animal, watching other from the same pack/household deal with it too.

Oh I meant to add, I washed the dogs tonight when I got home from work and picked them up out of the tub and put them outside they were dry in no time! :laugh:

Jj I sure will I am looking foward to it, Been a few drama at work so be glad to have a few days off, 5 to be exact not that Im counting. :laugh: Roll on May then I will have some more serious holidays! Oh poo Linda thats just crappy, I had to work the afternoon shift which I didn't realize till I got to work at 7 and they sent me home. I fully intended to come and check you out but had to go back to work at 12. I know RJ would have been there too but she had to go to Melb for an app.

Has anyone been into Prime latley, I was in there yesterday for Kangaroo for the cats and she is stocking more dog toys (not that I need anymore :laugh: ) but a few different ones I had never seen before. Also she is stocking a small range of diggers dog treats, the home made ones. I think she is slowley building up with more stock which is awesome, she also might be stocking Black Hawk soon which will also be good for local feeders of the stuff who either have to pay for freight or go as far as Geelong to pick it up. I know there is already 3 of us in this thread that feed it. Me and RJ were talking about it at work the other day and a lady looking for something in an isle said "ogh are you talking about Black Hawk dog food" we said yes we are, she said wow what a coincidence she feeds it as well. Also she knows another lady that feeds it, neither are DOLers and they pay freight $20 a bag to get it to them. So it will be good for a lot of people if they do stock it. We are off for a little adventure on Monday (me and the gang) to Lees and we have a ew good days planned, the first day we are heading to Kepala, so hope the weather stays nice, we havent been for a while so will be looking forwrd to that. The next day we are doing the pet shop rounds again and the day after some shopping and lunch at Lazy Mos! Can't wait! :laugh: Linda how was the BBQ? Did you have a few turn up? I didn't get there as I had to work till 5, it was attrocious in the shed today!!

JJ, I pmed you before I read your post, the person in question didn't pm me but added me as a friend I was quick to unfriend this "person" as I have no time for people that only want to abuse! Perhaps once that person is added as a member they can come to this thread and out themselves like we all did to each other.

RP, where you had the BBQ last year all the trees are gone, so no shade at all on that side, you might be able to get a spot down the bottom end with some shade. Is everyone who's going, going on sat and sun?

Hi and welcome, i too had my puppy screaming the house down for the first few night and we too tried everything! Like KTB I put the crate beside the bed and hung my arm over the side of the bed till he settled, he still sleeps in the crate now 4 years later. I also have 3 other dogs that were never crated and I never had a problem with at night, they all slept like babies so it was a bit of a shock to the system for number 4 to be so unsettled at night. Good luck with your pup, I'd love to see more photos, he looks adorable! edited to add once crated Bronson only cried once through the night for a toilet stop only for about 3 weeks ever since he has had a bladder of steel. :laugh:

Cooper, my nephew helped me name Cooper, we just liked the name. Lacy after a horse mum had years ago. Tully after the Paulina Simmons book Tully Bronson, After first meeting Bronson at the breeders, that night there was a Charles Bronson movie on so Bronson it was, and funnily enough it suits him down to the ground. Mine all have middle names beginning with J, Jay, Jayd, Josephine and Joseph. I never looked at name meaning till afterwards and found out that Lacy means - cheerful and Tully mean clam and peaceful Its funny because the meaning suit both girls perfectly!

Bec, there is a group of ladies that use the cage from 5 onwards, not sure how long they stay, just though I'd let you know. They might still be there when you get there, but there would be no reason what you couldn't train on the main oval.

Bec we had a crack a year or so ago but not much interest, maybe Tenties? I can provide distraction dogs if you need? If it's for Bullet he might need distraction training as well. :laugh:
