  1. Just recently I have been getting my medications from here http://www.petproductsontheweb.com.au Good prices, FREE POSTAGE, quick delivery and long dates on the items I have purchased.
  2. http://booko.com.au/ is a great site for finding you the cheapest place to buy. Often thebookdepository.co.us is better than thebookdepository.co.uk I know of 2 people that haven't had their books turn up from Fishpond but they were both given their money back.

  5. Love it, that was a great idea, they really are so alike
  6. The second SA lappie picnic will take place on Sunday the 14th of August, 2011 at 12:30pm. The picnic will be held at Bonython Park. We’re looking forward to a fun day out, getting to meet other lappie owners and those that would like to know more about the breed. If you know anyone in SA who is interested in the breed please pass on this information. We had a great turn out at the last picnic and hope to have even more out this time. Please open the Adobe attachment to view all of the details about the event. Hope to see you there! Whiskedaway and Tobster and our lappies, Halo and Ella. Flier.pdf
  7. Gayle and all others that have lost their dogs lately big hugs to you. (won't name everyone incase I miss someone) It's hard reading this at the moment, my little man Toby was admitted to the vet with a sudden illness last Saturday morning. Turned out he had a blockage in his intestines which took until Monday to figure out when they had decided they were going to operate and search for a problem. Anyway to cut a long story short things haven't gone to plan since and he is still there and not eating. We go up every day for a cuddle and to tell him we love him, hopefully he has what it takes to come through so we can get him home where he belongs. The vets and nurses have been amazing and are doing a great job. You just never know when their time is up. Hopefully all those that have passed are playing together over the bridge.
  8. Gosh I see lab, not sure what else but she is a beautiful looking girl ETA after seeing the side on shot you added I can see GSP maybe
  9. I think an Aussie Shepherd would really suit your needs and if you are still unsure then scroll back to Lyndsay's post ;) What would a Toller be like? I've heard they are a great family dog if well socialized and love dogs sports. Not sure on how they would go with body slamming but they seem robust and I think they are a gorgeous looking dog and something different.
  10. So so sorry for your loss Gayle Benson dear boy you left way too soon RIP
  11. Yes that is it, but I have heard she has stopped thursday night for a while as lack of interest and if it rains it is too wet, but give her a ring anyway Cassie
  12. Congratulations It is lovely to know your customers and the community appreciate and support you. You are obviously a great business doing things very right
  13. eBay. Click here I just found a Large one for $28 here and $30 here They're $40+ in Petbarn for the Large ones. Thankyou, or maybe not ;) off to spend more money!!!
  14. I have one of these and it works really well http://pets1.com.au/Skid-Stop-Slow-Feed-Bowl-Large.html?utm_source=myshopping&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=Pet+Supplies&utm_term=Skid+Stop+Slow+Feed+Bowl+Large+ Where is the cheapest place anyone has found to get a Kong Wobbler?
  15. Cassie after your PM I thought I better sneak off and look for a photo of your new boy and found some in here. All I can say is WOW he is absolutely adorable. I can't wait to meet him and have you out there showing with us, I love Berners. CONGRATULATIONS and aren't you lucky that one just fell in your hands so easily, must be meant to be ;)
  16. How devastating Woofen to you, I can't even imagine what you are going through and those poor gorgeous babies
  17. I agree with Lappiemum Molly. I own an 8 yr old Cav X (Toby) and my Lappie (Ella) can be a bit much for him when she really wants to play. If Toby decides to run she can have a habit of pouncing on him. She much prefers bigger dogs to play with. When they are left home alone I keep them seperated just incase Ella was to hurt him. They love each other very much and get along fine but you need to keep an eye on things IMO.
  18. We were talking about this in the Spitz thread and I just thought others might like to share their phantom funnies. After Ella's first season she spent the whole 2 months moping around and panting a bit and near the end carting one soft toy around. It ended with her giving birth to this lovely array of soft toys on my bed one morning right on what would have been her due date. She never used to hop up on the bed or play with her soft toys much but she gathered them all up from somewhere. She had 7 altogether but tossed 2 (don't know what was wrong with them, they looked healthy enough to me ). We got lots of colour and even some bobtails in there, my pick of the litter was the one at the front on the right. I realise it was a very uneven litter but we loved them anyway. Ella was back to her normal ratbag self straight after and never once tended to them so I am guessing she wouldn't make a great mum. She has just finished her 2nd season and I'm hoping we don't have to go through this all again!!
  19. I've used Wayrod (forum member) and highly recommend him. His prices, service and communication are 2nd to none ;) I know of a lot of members that have now used his services and been very happy and would use him again.
  20. Hi there Millie-Moo, gorgeous Lappies, I love the browns. Pop into the Spitz thread in the Sub-forums and say 'hi', there a lot of us Lappie owners in there and so many are like you where one isn't enough lol. I'm strong and haven't given into temptation yet and have just the one ;) ETA Snap Getel :D
  21. Check this out Alera and Evolvings wonderful photography are famous http://www.abc.net.au/local/stories/2011/04/28/3202847.htm
  22. RIP Bear :D Run free over the bridge in a better place.
  23. I am assuming other people than Rotweiler owners can come along? I have a rhodesian Ridgeback and would love to come to the session this coming Thursday 5th May. :p thanks for the info too And Lucious.....did you get your Cane Corso Locally?? I was looking to get one and decided on a Rhodesian Ridgeback.......I am a bit jealous Oh yes it's not just for Rotweilers. I don't know where abouts in SA you are but there is a show training place up near Mt Barker too that is supposed to be pretty good from what I have heard. ;) ETA Lucious you can come down and watch a show at the SACA grounds at Kilburn if you like, great place to watch and learn and ask questions. I will be there with a Finnish Lapphund (seen in sig.) and we are in rings 5 and 6 on Sunday which are the ones furtherest away from the SACA shop. You are most welcome to come and say hi when we aren't going in the ring, I will be with some Aussie Shepherd folk who are also friendly Not all breeds are showing this weekend but most other weekends they are.
  24. I witnessed that.....CONGRATULATIONS Lovely to hear the excitement that went with it ;) They are lovely shows aren't they, the Lappie folk had a blast in and out of the ring :p
