Here is Zora playing around with retrieving a dumbbell - you can't hear it because of the wind but the closer she gets to the dumbbell she starts to make these excited noises. She has not yet had to do multiple retrieves without a treat so for the first few kept waiting for her reward

My word for the challenge is 'Compete' - I just went to a random word generator I found on Goolgle and after getting 'die' ( ) I got compete.

I think he looks like a Fennec Fox or Pharaoh Hound x Kelpie.... he has massive ears!! I was having to shoot at 1.8 because I didn't get to do my shot until 8pm... damn late shifts!

Day 3 - I am very impressed with everyones shots!! Especially all the sunsets and flower shots. I am going to have to lift my game a bit to try and keep up with you guys!

I just brought a Liberty table - after borrowing my friends that is 8 years old, sill looks in excellent condition and very sturdy (holds my weight lol )

I took my camera on my walk this morning, my area is pretty hilly so we always have a little Tour-De-Valley going on on weekends and public holidays. Not the greatest shot but I have 364 days to improve

Happy New Year WA! Last night at the NYE show Showdog got BIG with her Gordon and ST and Lulu got Minor in Group! :D Zora behaved and showed really well - but my highlight of the night was Faolomor's daughter "handling" Zora in the ring after the show, she is such a star and for 2 years is showing lots of potential as a handler, baiting and gaiting Zora (with only a little help ;) ) I am sure those two will be in the ring together many times in the future.

TSD- Zora's enthusiasm is there. We are working on a more formal retrieve now. She loves to fetch things and runs out so fast crying out the whole time with excitement but still has a problem with showing off with retrieve items. She has a keen nose for rabbits and has been stalking and pointing at the wild rabbits on our block - the other day she caught one, mum had to go over and pick her up but the rabbit was unharmed, only a bit slobbery.

Well today I was playing crate games and I slammed the door of the Vari Kennel by accident - now Toby won't accept food treats in the crate Getting a wire crate tomorrow to see if that fixes the problem for now. I have been playing PB&J heaps with Toby and it is such a huge upper for him!!!! It's insane how much he pushes off my hand!

I tried another method with Toby a while ago Mirawee but he could never get past 3 poles even after weeks of trying so 4 poles is a huge deal for me!!!

Zora clearly thinks its obedience training and heels the whole time and that some stranger just has to come and pat her :p Mirawee I am stuck at work too. And I know I have a clean run order waiting for me at home and my mum is making roast turkey for dinner! I am pretty proud/annoyed at myself! Lol. This morning Toby weaved 4 poles after just 2 days of training - gotta love 2x2 weaves! But I am annoyed because I was revising crate games and slammed the crate door by accident and it freaked him out south he won't accept high value treats in the crate...
