It started out as BISS, that one I could understand, then it was BIS even that I find acceptable. But when the best your dog has got is RUBIS, it is getting ridiculous, it is not an unbeaten dog.

i think its something that if newbies post is good and I enjoy seeing their joy but when seasoned showies put it up it looks a little desperate. Just like people who post on FB RUBIS or MRUBIS before their dogs names..... there comes a time when you just stop reading

Capanash, I noticed the parking too and it wasnt because there was no parking they were just too lazy to walk. There is also the rule (I think is still in place) regarding using mats on the inside area. There are a tripping hazard and as such put everyone at risk of a claim. I dont believe that an exhibitor or member of committee can enforce these rules, it comes down to the VCA employing someone specifically for the purpose. Why not make it a dual role and it can be enforcement and initial complaints. Or include the role (cant remember what it was called) that Ron Jensen used to do. That would compliment an enforcement role.

Hunt lions I think

I lost 9 out of 10 puppies in a litter to parvo. I never want to smell that smell again OMG it makes me sick just remembering. All my dogs were vaccinated but I had people come to look at the puppies and it wasnt until mine were sick two weeks later that they told me they had been to a couple of other places on the way to my place and at one property there were some sick dogs. I dont know how many times I asked people coming not to go anywhere else before coming to my place. You can only be so careful....

sit back and watch how your own dogs and cats for that matter play. Many times I have found that my animals will grab each other around the head when playing. So the poor pup may have been doing that and the the child screaming has just got the dog more excited. Bad news no matter what way you look at it.

from what I have read on my fb site the dog in Melb was not a pit bull or a GSD

I wonder how they will be allocating who gets which spots....that could be fairly controversial which isn't something you want to have when running a big show.
