  3. Not a dog , but my daughter had the same thing , turned out to be a huge cyst on her thyroid . She had to have it removed surgically but after that everything is back to normal Not sure if it could be the same thing in dogs :D Sue
  4. They are on the large breed puppy still , he says they can stay on that til about 18 months , then I could get the breeders bag At the moment they have been hoovering up the small pup biscuit I got for Nelson I wonder if Nelson eats enough of theirs would he grow into a Lab ? Sue
  5. The man's name is Colin and he's really nice and helpful , can get the no. out if you like but is also on the website Some of the other ones are a bit dearer around $80 for smaller bag , like large breed puppy , holistic etc . but it is one of the very few dry foods my Lola will eat Sue
  6. I get the Eagle Pack delivered to the door from a guy in Canning Vale . He does the breeders bags of 22kg for about $65 if you buy two or more at a time. The local butchers do a real good pet mince for 99c a kilo fresh , and 4 fresh chicken frames for 99c. Sue
  7. My GSD is fed twice a day , and often has a couple of raw bones during the day . She and I are happy with this , and we don't have a problem with gulping or constantly looking for food. Not sure if this helps when it comes to bloat , but have always had large breeds and fed this way for over 20 years without a problem :p Sue

  9. I'm so sorry for your loss, my thoughts are with you.I remember how I felt when I lost my GSD Sian to leukaemia when she was 4 years old, I still shed a tear even now , 5 years on.Remember Kiya with love and fond memories, he will live on in your heart forever . Sue
  10. That did it for me ! So sorry for everybody in their times of sorrow. Maybe , one day when I'm feeling brave enough I may post my own losses. Sue
