And as i told you when you had your last dig at me, your not in an express post area. What is of concern is that whether or not we "may" be out of an express mail delivery area, the fact remains that two emails were sent enquiring as to the status of the order and neither were replied to. No digs, Sway, but if a customer, no matter who that customer may be, sends you an email they surely would "expect" the courtesy of a reply?. On the same topic I ordered an item from WA which arrived in 3 days What is the difference between Victoria and WA to our supposed non-existent express delivery area?, again my apologies but you have me completely and utterly baffled.
