No, the only place that is big enough for that is the Serengeti in Tanzania. Migration wasn't such a big thing in South Africa due to the very different terrain. PossumCorner Posted February 24, 2017 Share Posted February 24, 2017 Think you're right: wasn't sure if Bunya Bunya (araucaria bidwillii which is Australian) or Monkey Puzzle (araucaria araucana, which is South American). A few of the Australian wattles and hakeas (and some eucs and grevilleas) are declared pest species in South Africa, just like the African Lily is an invasive weed in Victoria (agapanthus stars in one of Canetoad's shots). Also African Daisies, Cape Marigold etc are now pests in South Australia. I suppose fair's fair, bit of stupid on both sides letting them grow uncontrolled.
