  2. Guilty as charged. Im a complete wreck when i know people are watching, thats probably why we do so well when we are by ourselves.....i guess ive gotta train myself for distractions as well as the boys
  3. Would like to know the answer too, as Darcy isnt as strong nerved as Nova in obedience and does start at noises while Nova just looks at whatever made the noise
  4. If your date in February is after the 21st count me in  (I turn 18 on that day so i can drive then )
  5. Im gonna try and get there KCC Park is in Skye
  6. Yeah thats why i wanted to try it......they supposedly have Collie blood in them somewhere so who knows. Might go to one after my birthday so i dont have too depend on Dad
  7. Do you need to own a herding breed to try it out?
  8. I feed my dogs whatever they do well on, Science Diet isnt one of those things. Doesnt mean it doesnt do wonders for other dogs.
  9. Ooo i will try and be at these....maybe
  10. Yes thanks for holding it Julie and Steve, it was great and now i have plenty of training to do Sorry i had to leave early i was really annoyed at that but what are you gonna do? Nice sorta meeting everyone
  11. Pakenham is like 15 minutes from lablovers but on the opposite side towards Drouin and Warragul. Or if i get to Beaconsfield station could someone pick us up from there? ;)
  12. I will do whatever haha Uhh is anyone coming from my direction (Pakenham) that could possibly pick me and Darcy up along the way? I thought it was on a Saturday not a Friday and everyone leaves home like at 7am ;)
  13. ^True but they are they are always the same height as each other, and if you always train at the smallest height you are allowed to with the smallest dog so they never change like in agility. I train in both and dont have a problem, the dogs know what the difference is
  14. Ohh i like these, might actually get one just because
  15. Ohh is Finn gonna be there....i might make the effort to come and see everyone then This is the Dandenong show right? Can someone tell me the times and where you all gonna be?
  16. OK am i the only one to just realise the 18th of November is a Friday?
  17. K9: the tests themselves arent difficult, interpreting the results takes experience. OK then, is it possible for you to drive test Darcy at the seminar?
  18. Is there any easy test that can tell you what drive your dog is? Ive done a test on Nova and it says he has Pack Drive but i dont believe this as he is more interested in food. Would like to do a test on Darcy
  19. This is an interesting thread, thanks I dont really have a problem with Nova knocking down the bars except when he is tired but that is a given really, i also have to watch my commands as i have to give him a command as soon as he finishes one obstacle so he can focus and ready himself for whatever is coming otherwise he drifts off and screws it up completely haha We will get there
  20. I agree i dont want my dogs not to enjoy something unless it comes from me. While i understand that you require that type of obedience the average pet owner/trainer doesnt well i know i dont. My dogs are companions first and foremost everything else comes second, i want to see excitement on my dogs faces when they are doing something they love that doesnt involve me.
  21. I dont have that many so they cover my doors. Its very purdy and colourful haha
  22. Hahaha he embarrassed the s**t out of me :p Darcy is very well cant wait to start agility with him, he is gonna be a great little competitive dog
  23. Ohh what a bummer Sparty.......damn males *looks at Nova*
  24. Congratulations Vickie and Trim!!!! All the hard work has started to pay off
