  1. Thank you CavsRcute. I will send you a PM
  2. Another vote for Holistic Eagle Pack. We use either Salmon or Chicken. We've been feeing our 3 bullies HEP for 6+ years and never had any problems. We feed 3 x day. We use Sentinel Spectrum for worms and fleas. Malasep and Neotopic H for spring alergy emergencies. Edit: They are now mostly on BARF but still get a little of HEP for lunch
  3. Can anyone recommend a good dog chiro in Sydney (preferrably Nth Shore)? Many thanks Anna
  4. Thank you - what a treat! Gorgeous, gorgeous bubbas.
  5. Amen to that! plus... I have lots of pics like the ones below (these have been posted before but I as love them, I will re-post) Toy Monsters Sinalong
  6. Bulldog Irish Wolfhound - will own in the future Caucasian Ovcharka - will never own Tibetan Mastiff - will never own
  7. Snook, he looks 20 years younger (human years) in the new hair-do. (I've voted adorable hehe)
  8. Any updates? How are your doglets progressing? Here is mine... My girl is no longer in pain! She plays, she smiles, she is the mistress of the ball However, she is still limping a little on walks and I am hoping to repeat the treatment with intravenous injection of stem cells (rather than the intra-articular injections). Our fantastic vet, Angus from Hornsby Vet Hospital, with kind help from Inevitablue will hopefully make it happen for her.
  9. Wow & Wow... How they've grown. Absolutely, totally, gorgeous! The fawn boy is so adorable - little bod and a truckload of personality.
  10. Ahhh, Ohhh The Babes. Thank you Frodo's Mum Please keep feeding my addiction
  11. So sorry for your loss. It is hard to loose your heart-cat. Hugs
  12. Thank you FM I was getting withdrawal symptoms - all good now. They are absolutely, totally divine!
  13. Great that the procedure was successful Fingers crossed for the best possible outcome.
  14. THANK YOU Clyde. She is so beautiful. Her eyes are really the bluest in the world and huge
  15. Ohh darn! I so loooove blue eyes just though my request may be seen as inappropriate (blush, blush, blush). My OH has the most beautiful blue eyes and I can never get enough of that. He is nearly 60 and his eyes are still intense blue!
  16. The sun thing. It was done under general anasthetic and required some post treatment care but the said cat lived happily till 18yo. I would never do it without consult with a vet - that was his recommendation. Edit: Aki was a (beautiful) garden variety cat from a pet shop in WA (I know better now!). She was my heart-cat.
  17. RubyStar you may consider a black tattoo on her nose. I had it done on one of my cats years ago.
  18. Don't rush! Take your time to find the right breeder and the right pup. Afterall she/he will be your new family member and will live with you for many, many years. You may be lucky and get the pup fairly soon or you may need to go on a waiting list. Edited to change the huge size of "Don't rush"
  19. Thank you LMS. Edited to clarify: Your experience made me think...I have never consciously trained for the unexpected, yet our 3 accept kids rushing at them, strangers patting them, etc. Maybe socialization and general training do the trick? I will do a bit of research.
  20. I am curious... How do you expose your puppy to unexpected situations? How do you build the necessary level of tolerance/confidence to enable them to cope with that?
