  1. Way to go. Well done Bison! Thank you for the update. Thinking of you
  2. Very interesting Clyde. I've tried Taste of the Wild. It's ok but the gaseous toxicity is back. We will return to Holistic Select once TOTW supplies are finished.
  3. Perhaps do some reading while waiting for advice from the behaviourist. Patricia McConnell is amazing and you may find her training booklet "The Cautious Canine" useful. Here is the link http://www.patriciamcconnell.com/product/cautious-canine-dog-training-book
  4. DOL is a great place. One learns so much and has the opportunity to help a bit It has taught me to keep my mouth firmly shut where I cannot add value. Always a good thing
  5. Wonderful news. Good luck gorgeous one. May you have the happiest ever after with lots of friends, love and balls.
  6. I get lamb necks from petdeli.com.au. They deliver to all areas in Sydney.
  7. LULU is stunning ABs are my fav dogs (I parent 3. They are such clowns.)
  8. Wishes of strength to you DR and a truckload of healing vibes for the Magnificent One aka Bison. Good luck on this journey and thank you for this journal.
  9. Wishing the best of luck for meet & greet. I hope her future parents fall in love with her (as much as we all did on this forum) Kudos kelscats for taking her well-being this far - she looks a million dollars thanks to you. Fingers crossed for the very best home for our South Sea Pearl :D
  10. Could this be the terrible teenager coming out of his shell?
  11. Amen to that Just Andrea I expect exactly this kind of "service" from a reputable rescue group. A dog is not a toy or a temporary ornament. She/he is a family member and needs to fit in! (BTW I've done some rescue work for ~ 2 years. It can be very challenging to find the perfect match)
  12. tunagirll have you seen this http://www.dolforums.com.au/topic/235141-kristins-first-foster-puppy/ He is fantastic and also in WA
  13. Not into dog shows.... but.... HE IS ABSOLUTELY DIVINE!!! Congrats
  14. For 3 dogs I think I am over this amount too :D Too scared to add it all up.
  15. Is a dog's life ever long enough? NO & NO & NO (3 x NO for each of my bullies) It does not matter one bit if the dog is 7-8 or 17-18. There are always more things to do, more love to give and receive. IMO the lifespan does not matter. It's the quality of life and the bond they have with their human parent/guardian.
  16. He is gorgeous whatever the heritage. It seems that he's being a typical teenager. It's ok, it will pass. You know what to do :D
  17. Run pain free Tess. There are open plains and friends waiting for you over the bridge. Hugs k9angel. You've done your best for her.
  18. Thank you for the pics. She is beautiful Good luck for next week.
  19. I bought it from a health food shop. It's great stuff. Thank you Erny
  20. Beautiful news Fozzie. Thank you for the update. Congratulations and I hope there is more good news to come soon. Ain't these little stem cells absolutely wonderful :D BTW Kluska's endurance has not improved by much either - that's very ok with us. She is happy.
  21. Sorry OT.. How wonderful to hear that another person enjoys bully snoring. It helps me fall asleep. To me, it's the sound of contentment and a sign that all is well my world  OH wears ear plugs. Every night.
