  1. I'll be buying one soon, but I thin I'll still get it from the Thundershirt Website. Unless I'm blind, Clean Run are only selling the one sort. I can't see the rugby style there anywhere.
  2. Sorry to hear about Coco. That's what I want. To tell them I'm so sorry I let this happen to them.
  3. Thanks for your kind words guys. Doing it really tough. Two days ago was Daphnes birthday too. She'd have been 2yo. So young. She's my heart dog. I had them cremated together, and their ashes are at home, next to my bed. I also wear a locket with some of the ashes in there too, it's engraved with their names etc. I find it really comforting being able to take a wee bit of them everywhere I go. I have loads of lovely photos of them. I find myself talking to them too. So it seems many of you didn't feel the presence of your lost ones as soon as they left you. I won't give up hope then. It really is only early days yet.
  4. I wish they did. So far, I've seen/heard nothing of them. Two of my babies died together 8 weeks ago. I've been hoping I might have a nice dream about them. To let me hug them again, cuddle them in bed, but they're also dead in my dreams too.
  5. Ferrets after a bath are hilarious too! You just give them a towel and they dry themselves.
  6. Great photos! You even managed to catch the wrinkles on the rump of the first grey!
  7. Found what I was looking for.
  8. From the Cervood website http://www.chervood-kennel.com/offspring/boom.html Sorry...your point being? It shows the dogs right eye. Oh, ok, wasn't sure what you meant by it. Thanks for the link. :)
  9. From the Cervood website http://www.chervood-kennel.com/offspring/boom.html Sorry...your point being?
  10. When I first saw this dogs eyes (left one really, didn't get a good look at the right eye) I thought it looked like she'd had entropian surgery. Then I read the breed standard. "The eyes are dark amber in color, large, soft in expression, and deep set in either a diamond shaped rim or a rim with a "V" on the bottom and a curve on the top."
  11. Taken from another thread. If you really are dedicated to your dogs' exercise needs, and want to beat the heat of the day, you'll need to get out of bed earlier than 11am. You've also recently posted about her still urinating on the carpet at 7mths old. It seems you have more training issues than just the cat chasing. My advice to you, is to seek professional help for her (and you) now, or find her a great new home. One that is prepared to exercise her properly, satisfy her drive, and train her. I know you've been going to obedience, and that's excellent, but learning her sits, stays, and recall are one thing, learning the rules of the house is another.
  12. Not sure how many he has. I think I've seen 3.
  13. I note he is AI'ing as well... Does that mean he doesnt know how it happens naturally when a daddy dog really loves a mummy dog?? I don't know how this owner survives. His two brain cells must be flat out!! The AI took place today. And will again on Saturday. I should have snuck a few mls of Alizin into the bitch today. ;) ;) PS. That was another joke, for those who need it pointed out to them. ;)
  14. I didn't even think of that pers. :hitself: I pulled the blood. I should have put it in the wrong tubes and sent it off. Maybe I can skew the results! I have such trouble biting my tongue at work. I feel so strongly about many animal related issues, and it's so hard to not scream and whack dickheads like this owner. That would be an unethical thing to do, probably more so than byb Joke Joyce. Where's your sense of humour?
  15. I would say whatever you call your Dal. Everytime I see your sig I find myself staring!
  16. I'm finding some of the colour changes interesting too. Great thread!
  17. What a wonderful thread. Some lovely photos in here. Daphne as a wee baby. (Photos courtesy of her breeder) She still sleeps on her back with her tongue out. Daphne at 13 weeks. Her first night with us. Daphne as an adult. Our little baby is all grown up.
  18. My car came with a cover for the whole cargo area. Covers the bottom (floor) and also right up the back of the rear seats. The sides are plastic, so I don't have any places for hair to get stuck. Maybe you can get a mould of some sort made to fit your car? Apart from that, a Dyson is your best friend!!
  19. Been posted many times before, always gives me a good laugh though. (Until at least one person complains about it being dangerous. )
  20. I have sooooo many fond memories with all of my dogs. Daphne is my heart dog. The two of us wake up every morning nose to nose. We stare sleepily at each other before drifting back to sleep. Sounds corny I know, but I just love our time snuggling together. :D
