  1. Took me a while to figure out who everyone was too Thank you, she had so much fun this weekend, I'm so glad I brought her along Sorry to hear about Jarrah though!! Hope he's feeling better soon, he was awesome this weekend.
  2. Awesome weekend / learnt heaps / loved the Cabaret on Friday / great food / loads of talented dogs / had a FAB time!! ;) Was lovely to meet some more DOL'ers and put some faces to names ;) Winter had so much fun playing with our cabin-mates and neighbours Zuma, River and Lottie (and it was great to meet you Luv_Lottie)!! And Tash, though I'm not sure what her DOL username is!
  3. I'm joining the Dirty Dog Club, I cannot be bothered giving Winter a bath
  4. My 2011 Rising Star has already exceeded my expectations, she's barely 5 months old and already has 6 x Best Baby Puppy in Group wins and a 3rd in Baby Puppy Sweepstakes with 29 entries She is such a fun baby to show, I am having a ball with her.
  5. Mine won't work for anything other than cheerios lol. However it looks like I am only bringing Miss Winnie, 'cos Kyza has sliced a paw pad open. Nice timing!
  6. Miss B can I get some details for those?? Desprate to do more than one show lol! Hahaha Trying to get my flab ready ANYONE know anything I can use as a coat dye/stainer.. http://cdkc.org.au/ClarenceDogSports/Coming%20Events.htm

  8. I'm sure she'll enjoy all the cuddles, she's a little tart Four more days, eep, I need to think about packing!!
  9. We have a Sibe that we adopted as an 18-month-old. I had previously been of the opinion that you couldn't bond as well with an adult dog as you could with a puppy, but she soon proved me wrong! Despite not knowing much about her before taking her on (she came from the pound), we were delighted to discover that she bonded with us very quickly, was house-trained, settled straight into using a crate, has lovely manners and is not destructive at all. And we missed all the hard work of raising a puppy! Kinda felt like we'd won the doggy lotto
  10. Okies... that's all the encouragement I needed :p I really wasn't looking forward to leaving her at home for the entire weekend. I need my daily dose of Winnie cuddles
  11. No you don't, that's why you are going to a training workshop I think it's fine if you have two, just never more than one out at a time, if that makes sense? Yep! Just trying to decide whether I can juggle Winnie and Kyza...
  12. ... our dogs are meant to be trained?? Oh and I didn't think to ask this earlier, but is it one dog allowed per handler?
  13. I have seen a black one at a show just recently and thought it a very strange choice of colour.
  14. People need to be preparing earlier and not leaving it until the very last minute.
  15. Oh how devastating So sorry for your loss.
  16. I have seen him and I think he is awesome PS are you coming to agility tomorrow night? He is completely feral at the moment Still thinking about agility. I know I should go, just trying to work up the motivation! I'm off to Armidale on Thursday and I have a lot of stuff to get ready before then.
  17. There should be a few breeders at the Sydney Royal this year
  18. My two Sibes get Uncle Albers (it's around $35 for 20kg), they also get sardines and chicken frames once or twice a week. It's only a cheap kibble, but they are looking fantastic on it so no complaints here
