  1. Or a little in kongs like we do, dogs go crazy for it and will lick the kongs clean for ages!
  2. My pup is being trained on a martingal show lead but for various reasons she has worn a snake chain before and its done her no harm. My older boy has only just moved up to a snake chain (this is only because I have only just found one that fits him!) and he is fine with it but he is an adult.
  3. I love seeing all the pics everyone, they are brilliant. Alchemy and myself
  4. I was and have been with other pups before but Alchemy now 15 weeks (? I can never remember exactly) is pretty good. We were only tired for the first 3 weeks or so, now everything is pretty easy. Show training and such like are all coming along well. I don't know if its because I have had many pups before her or if its just her. Toilet training is slowly coming along though and getting up at 5 in the morning to let her out is wearing but between my OH and I we seem to be doing fine.

    Samoyed

Liver Shunts - This is a good topic. Until a couple of months ago, I has never heard of this in our breed, But it could be that most breeders never talked about it, or new about it until now. Since then I have only heard about one case. Some discussion pionts - (and more learning for myself) What is liver shunts? This is what I have found most informative so far. http://www.vet.utk.edu/clinical/sacs/shunt/faq.php From what I have read thus far it seems to be more of an issue in America then here but I could be wrong.
  6. Yes she does I have noticed we have been to some of the same shows, next time I will have to track you down so I can meet your dogs. That would be great, I will be at Harden on Satruday and then ACT two weeks after that. We are only showing Hannah, Adele and our baby Bond at the moment, Emma might come out with us on the occasion I'm aslways near the hound ring, wouldn't be too hard to find as there isn't many fluffy spitz hound breeds I will be at Harden this weekend too with the Samoyed pack, I will come and find you Although you might have to help me out, if you see a brunette girl with a Samoyed pup on a bright pink lead that will be me.

  16. Yeah I thought so. Alright that worked so we will do it that way Rightio! If you want help with the calendar, let me know... I need some sort of procrastination coming up to exams.. 18. Lestat, he eats everything, but oddly enough wont touch prawns Mistral, we have a pear tree out near the clothes line and he will go and pick them off and lay somewhere to eat them, always leaving the core he also loves prawns and will happily share them with me and fizzers, only the pinks ones though Alchemy will eat anything at this stage, she is still deciding what is good and what isn't
  19. I was thinking about that earlier acutally. What did we end up doing last year? I am going to say two entries per person, the final cut will depend on how many people we have interested in getting this done. I don't want double ups but if it happens due to lack of interest then so be it. So on the 1st of Oct I will ask everyone to post their final decisions and go from there. Offcause if anyone has a better idea I am open to suggestion
