Sorry I'm not sure quite what you mean by resource guarding? Like how he won't get off the bed when I ask? He used to do it occasionally when he would sneak onto the couch but he doesn't even go on the couch anymore. He sometimes gets off the bed when I tell him to, mostly even, but when he decides against it he is pretty stubborn. Also not sure what you mean by touch a target with his nose? He is big, so he can easily touch the bed with his nose? Sorry if I've misunderstood. Resoure garding is when the dog has something it wants, ie bone or in this case the spot on the bed and wont give it up without a hassle

My little girl is about the same age as your Berner and she does still have a few accidents inside but most of the time its our fault for being slack. I have noticed that Alchemy wont alert just yet but she will hold for as long as she can, alerting seems to come a little later with my Samoyeds, not sure why. We know when she has to go out due to what she has been doing, ie playing or eating. When she does whimper to go out we praise her heaps so she understands thats what we want. I agree with the others, go back to the begining, she sounds confussed and the only say to fix this is starting again.

My lot have been taught to go to their beds and stay there while we have guests, they don't like it and you can feel them watching you like a hawk for the minuet I tell them to get up but they stay there.

Mistral would be the most obvious with his likes for music. He dosn't enjoy techno, it sets him on edge, he gets silly and starts pacing around the house trying to get outside. Heavy metal however he loves and will often fall asleep with it playing.

10 Facts About Alchemy 1. Alchemy went threw 5 names before we even brought her home, Valkyrie, Veisu, Eva, Cadance and Bella. 2. Alchemy was one of only three puppies when we were all so sure her mother was carrying so many more. 3. Alchemy's show name is *Icemist* Ever Dream, named after my favourite Nightwish song. 4. Alchemy is crazy for tennis balls, playing with them for ages and getting very upset when they run away from her. 5. Alchemy has many nick names, Allie, Alligator and Gothic or Gothika (her evil persona) 6. Alchemy loves tv, sitting with us for hours just watching. 7. 10 Facts About Mistral 1. Mistral lives up to his name (a Mistral is a wild wind storm in Europe), going out dancing in the wind whenever he gets the chance. 2. Mistral will eat everything but his dinner, he has had a suspected bloackage but thankfully passed everything, much to the vets surprise. 3. Mistral is totally obsessed with his toys, tug o war being his absolute favourite, playing for hours on end if you let him. 4. Mistral gained his australian champ in 11 months, totally out of coat the whole time. 5. Mistral is freaked out by Standard Poodles in show clip, every time he sees one he stops dead in his tracks and stares until the dog is gone. 6. Mistral hates the car, after we hit a roo with him in the back he has been very tense while in the car, but still gets in and out happily, knowing he gets to go somewhere fun if he puts up with it. 7. Mistral loves to talk, he has a wide range of sounds he uses for various things, after having him for over a year now my OH and I know what he wants by what sounds he makes. 8. Mistral does a fantastic bear impression, he will sit up on his back legs, put his ears flat on his skull and insist that you rub his belly for hours, he has amused many people by doing this at shows. 9. Mistral loves being groomed, he will lay for hours while I put the comb threw him, he even does a happy dance when I get the grooming bag out. 10. Mistral is my heart dog, after the loss of my beautiful boy Armand I felt empty. After looking for a long time for a new member of our family we found Mistral and he and I bonded instantly. He makes me so happy with his cheeky smile and amusing attitude, and no one knows how to cuddle like Mist.

Lestat sleeps on the bed, normally on my feet unless I kick him off in which case he sleeps on the lounge Mistral sleeps next to me on the dog bed or by the front door if its warm Alchemy was sleeping in the puppy crate but now she has no more overnight accidents she sleeps on the dog bed next to the book shelf or on the lounge with Lestat

Yes please if its not too much trouble I just want to know exactly what everyone wants on there.

My OH was home for the first 3 weeks we had Alchemy at home and then she was left in a modified puppy crate and play pen inside as the weather was too much for a little pup, even a Samoyed. Since then she has been outside in the kennels with the other dogs, shes fine. I work for 8 or 9 hours a day (not counting travel time and I do live a long way from were I work), no hassles here Alchemy loves going over the the kennels.

The due date is getting closer, if you have anything else you wish to submitt do it soon
