My Mac, 13y/o Westie, sometimes has a wee overnight, occasionally during the day also if I don't take him outside every 2-->3 hours to urinate...it leaks out, not much, but enough to make his hair on his tummy pong and discolour. I need to wash him underneath at least every 2-->3 days, and sometimes more frequently. I was chatting to my doctor today and he said that if he were a human he would prescribe 5mg Ditropan tablets. he suggested exploring this option. Has anyone here given this medication to their dog? "Asia and Tuan are doing a fantastic job raising the pups, which weighed about 660 grams at their first health check at eight weeks of age. The Asian small-clawed otter is the smallest of the 13 otter species, weighing just 3.5 kilograms when fully grown. They are found in parts of India, southern China, Malaysia and Indonesia where they can be hunted for their fur and meat.

I am sure I read on DOL that white rice is better for tummy upsets as brown rice still has the inner hull, therefore can irritate the gut a little. Just white rice and perhaps home made chicken soup (without the onions) mixed in with the rice. edited to correct really bad grammar

One of the people at my pottery group made a beautiful memorial plaque (out of stoneware clay) for her dog. Perhaps if you were to go to a local arts/pottery group and ask..there would sure be some people there who would be happy to help you with a design, and perhaps even make you a stepping stone using your design. Once the stepping stone is made (you can make a raised design on it, or carve out a design) it is then dried for a week or two, then a bisque firing (1st firing, to really dry it out) then glazed...this is where you can either paint (with glaze), or ask the potter to paint on the design, it is then covered with a gloss glaze. It is then fired again to a stoneware temperature. When finished it will be waterproof and Very Hard Maybe worth enquiring about.

I was thinking that very thing Chezy & Chopper, it seemed odd that the dog would attack, from behind, and have a "glazed look". Poor man and his family and poor police officer having to shoot the dogs, how awful for her. RIP doggies.

I give my lot flaxseed meal now, rather than the oil, much easier on the hip-pocket. if you buy just the whole flaxseeds you can grind them up in the coffee grinder. I keep the packet in the freezer to keep it fresh.
