Dog Bite Wounds And Scabs And Scars On Humans
Rebanne replied to Katdogs's topic in General Dog Discussion
I always used pure lavendar oil on my cat bites, never got an infection and these were manky feral cats at the pound. -
ask your vet for some valium and crate her inside. Should help to lessen the stress.

The greys got a good veiwing in GS, both Warrior and Flick, so we were all happy. Thrilled to bits with all my babies but especially Warrior. He's a greyt dog Thanks Rebelsquest for posting the results and looking up the names on the DOL profiles, you did a greyt job

Congratulations!

On my bed, in an open crate, on the furniture, on the dog beds; this is inside. When I am at work they are outside and have kennels and tramp beds to choose from.
-
rub some oil into it, cooking oil, olive oil, peanut oil, whatever you have in the cupboard.
-
let me know if you need a bed the night before Tallangatta, I'm just over an hour I think from there. Or any other time on your way to a show. Have a spare bed and the yard is well divided.

I think so. They are relevant to our dogs and can only add to their status. Two dogs back and I have these prefixes in my dogs pedigree:- Sognoerotica Loro Del Piana and Itl & Int Ch Pepitadoro Di Selvaspina We are also planning to use: Laperla and so the people the pups will be homed with can get some assurance from an easily accessed site without chasing all over the place. What do you think? Px assurance about what? that you're not telling them porkies?

up my way. On the NSW's border. You could always send an entry in anyway to encourage them to keep the class. Highly likely I won't be going but I'm still going to enter.

I always thought nasturtiums were a bit of a no-no for dogs, maybe google and see. eta I took my own advice and it seems they are non toxic so it wasn't the nasturtiums
-
Theres one at Tallangatta on March 9th, schedule in Dec's gazette. :D

I have cut a section out of one of the panels for Fern to jump in and out and have also used the front off the whelping box with the panels attached to it.

What Breeds / X-breeds Show Up In Shelters?
Rebanne replied to sandgrubber's topic in General Dog Discussion
Purebred with papers or just looked like a particular breed? Whilst it may look like a purebred dog without papers you have no idea, not to mention the rest of the litter could look the complete opposite. so very true. Now talking about a mutt here but my Emma came in with her litter mates. She was the only tri colour, the rest were solid blacks but they were obviously siblings, they were like peas in a pod except for the colouring. -
What Breeds / X-breeds Show Up In Shelters?
Rebanne replied to sandgrubber's topic in General Dog Discussion
That is the COMPLETE OPPOSITE of what happened in over 75% of the cases we saw. I was horrified, disgusted etc at the attitude some breeders showed. I can think of only three who gave a toss and I nominated one of those for an MDBA award for the dedication they showed to an old dog of their breeding. I've only ever been able to contact one greyhound breeder who cared and that was for the severely emaciated greyhound in Wodonga Pound - he was awesome. Every other one I contacted would only tell me that they had passed it on. In the greyhounds case he too had passed it on but he still did the right thing, got another greyhound person to pick her up. She was the greyhound who started me on the slippery slope of being owned by greyhounds :D
