  1. When dogs are clean I don't mind but OH hates dogs on the bed.Ussually during winter they get to sneak on a little bit as he is a heavy sleeper. The Tonkinese cat, Princess Lily rules supreme in our household though and camps where ever she wants which is 99 per cent on the time sleeping on someone's chest in bed.If I'm awake at her bedtime then she sleeps on daughter's chest but ussually its mine, (great pillows I reckon) and most mornings I open my eyes to her beautiful green ones which promptly reminds me its brecky. When I stay at parents, Dragon sleeps at thed foot of my bed and Aussie camps in the laundry with the other cavs and one dashound.
  2. I hope they have enough of a conscience that they dream of worrying about karma themselves for the rest of their lives...probably wishful thinking though.
  3. Ive got the 1.8...is the 1.4 worth it for the difference...I would love to see a couple of shots taken with it if anyone would like to demonstrate?
  4. That look on his face in the fourth photo...so sweet. I can't for the life of me understand why people don't feed their animals...how hard is it?I have to stop myself from being taken in by soulful eyes and I am not allowed to give my Dal anything extra anymore and I find it hard not to! Thankgod there are people like you out there aswell.
  5. I think my daughter is old/srtong enough to handle going to obedience classes with me.I read that there is a two month waiting list for Toowoomba in the local paper but couldn't find any website in regards to it. .Does anyone know of any others in the area?Or if you are a member of Toowoomba Obedience Club can you tell me a little about it and whether it is kids friendly. My daughter is 7. 6. aw, their so cute. Its chilly here tonight, my left leg is aching from where its been broken. Feel a bit mean, dogs have been in muddy part of the backyard so are in the kennel on the verander tonight. Its fully enclosed but still I'm sure they wondering why they not at their rightful place, the other side on my bed...probably thinking I'm very selfish.
  7. I was slightly taken aback but I guess your prepared to look a bit silly if your as desperate as he is to get something done. I was attacked by a dog coming out of it yard when I was 13 going for a bike ride...horrible and frightening situation.
  8. hey Jules, hope everything is calmed down now and shes on the mend. I would be just as upset, when your entrusting their wellbeing to someone else, you want only the best, espcially when your paying for that best.Plus everyone knows cavs need that extra bit of special attention, thats why we always get taken in by their eyes...it says it all!
  9. Hi, just wanted to chip in my thoughts on the DSLR's.I have had my dslr cameras for 7 years now and its been my major hobby. I didn't think I needed to upgrade from the basic lense kit untill a couple of years ago, not due to me being inept at photography but because I was quite happy with what I had. Now I have upgraded I can tell the difference but to start off with I don't think you really need to worry about the extra expense. I think a decent second-hand DSLR is a great idea, but watch out for getting hooked!
