Yup sounds familer, my SIL approached me where to get a Border Collie X Lab puppy (thier old one died) I told her everything I knew without trying to sound pompus, and she was really interested in looking at Labs etc but my BROTHER is the problem and insits it wil be a Xbred..cant educate those who dont want to be sadly..

I have my whelp box in our bedroom for the first two weeks, I allow her to do her thing, but keep a close eye on all ooohh baby Paps!!

Missy isnt destructive either, but she is and has always been very energetic! lol Im not into the Lab sloober though so prefer a Britt on the couch with me then a Lab (sorry girls ) lol!

Britts still shed though They ARE good with Kids, are good hunting dogs and family dogs as well...They can be alot like a Lab in the bouncy, overexciteable overgrown puppy though, but then again most gun dogs are for a fair few years?
