Actually it was me..and people who "know" me from DOL know I'm not a 'stirrer' Since I seem to have to justify myelf...I was interested after reading the thread that it DID sound like the old thread that was mentioned though this one, I was just wondering..and I was also wondering what DID happen to said pup.. FFS, not everyone has an agenda DD!!! Sorry for being interested! (Roll eyes)

This sounds like the same breeder from the other blue staffy thread....(taking a guess at breed and colour here).

If they are after money, they won't care unless it COSTS them money....to show them dogs in pounds etc would be pretty useless IMO

How Much Is Fair To Board A Pup For 2 Weeks
Missymoo replied to mini girl's topic in General Dog Discussion
I am another breeder who boards those she bred, I don't charge anything for this. But since you didn't breed pup, I think you are being awesome:)I have a a wee man who arrived today for a month (he's over 1 and desexed, so he mainly hangs with the gang and then comes inside to hang with us :). ) -
Sooo SWAY calls me at just after 9 tonight and blurts..hey a pound in WA have one of your dogs!! I was like what?! (I have been quiet ill all today so a bit slower---then usual ;). ) Turns out the chip papers hadn't been transferred and my phone had rung out (sleeping) so they called my second Sway...on ya pound!! I zoomed into my records and rang them in Perth. Yep, he was there fat and healthy and wagging his tail! I rang his owner and she got all tears and emotion saying they had been looking for the last week, put up flyers and were just starting to loose hope!! So my guess is she will be down there first thing with her kids ready to welcome the naughty boy home for Christmas!! I told her I would call her back tomorrow to help sort out ship details :) Sooooo, a great story of microchips working even though not in correct name, still in a name of people who care to get naught cairns back to their family for Christmas...my guess though he may not get a present this year though!! Lol Thanks Sway and thanks Perth Pound (Armadale?) A story that has ended well :)

I was an old post YG, and the person did follow up with that he lived his last year in comfort before he slashed away. I remember years ago at the RSPCA..(I can't remover why I was there??!) walking past a pen and reading on the sign about the dog it's owner was deceased and family had handed it in...it was a small fluffy thing, shivering and looking totally bewildered...it still sticks in my mind today Kimmy (malt). Is doddery, has only a couple of teeth left, is grumpy and often wees and poos inside...but she won't go anywhere! Yes it can be frustrighting constantly having to clean up wee and poo, but...meh...lol!
