Well done everybody - bad luck about stays with Mason but the first one is out of the way now and it will only get easier :( .

well its official......... sit stays suck :)

And you should have seen the Open judge staring down the dogs in the sit stays :) That looked like why your boy dropped so you need to proof him with judges truly trying to intimidate the dogs!

Yes they do suck!!!! And :) at the judge comment!!!!

Mirawee was it only u and Anne that passed CCD last night? Do you know what the dob did to fail?? Her owner is actually a very sweet person he gave us so much encouragement last night. Masons breeder also came down to watch his round from the pavillion, she was catering for the judges.

Yep agree with the others it was lovely to meet little Stella Nick and yep Strauss was good with her considering the size difference.

Yep Rubystar gave the me rundown on what happened in the open sit stays. Beans probably would have gone down anyway - but this wouldn't have helped.

and how nice was it sitting around socializing afterwards :(

Lol I wish I could have stayed for that but OH is working the rest of the weekend so we had to head back early :) We had a drunk driver in front of us down Gnangara rd and I was so worried that he was going to go onto the other side of the road and cause a head on

I'm so tired! Late night, up early for retrieving training, and I have to be at agility in a couple of hours! Not sure I can squeeze in a nanna nap or else I probably won't wake up!

Drove past the K9 around 12.30pm and there are already gazebos set up on the lower oval for tonight. You guys should have set yours up, what's the difference between them being set up last night and this morning? It's still reserving a spot before gates officially open, so they can't have a go at you if they are just doing the same thing. Anyway, I don't foresee me getting a park on the oval so I will just crate both girls tonight wherever the group are sitting. I don't mind crating so much for agility, but obedience I prefer to use my car.

Socialising last night was great :) We should do it again tonight  I need to get to the shops beforehand if I am to supply any decent goodies tonight, but I'm way too tired to get up and go now

Is anybody planning on takeaway for dinner at the trial tonight? I'd be in if anybody else is ;)

I think the Dobe did pass with a score of 87 or at least when they got their 3rd prize they didn't say it was a NQ. I just assumed she had failed as only Anne, you and I were called for the stays. Either that or I am going deaf as I definitely only heard 3 numbers called!

I got supplies for biscuits today so hopefully I have time to cook them and then I will have them tomorrow and then I will have them for the Games and Teams events ;)

I might send Mum down for takeaway tonight  Maybe around 7.30pm?

I'm officially KNACKERED! I don't think I'll be getting Ruby out of bed anytime before lunch tomorrow  She's had a big day!

4 runs at the agility trial tonight, no passes, but some lovely work  Millie did me proud in Novice Agility, all she missed were her weaves (got a refusal first try, repeated, then she missed one weave near the end), but she didn't blow me off on the course which she has started doing lately and her contacts were lovely! Novice Jumping for her, got a refusal as she blew me off for a second to stop and sniff the ground :) and one knocked bar at the end, otherwise another nice round for a dog who has had very little training go into her

Ruby was one knocked bar off her JD title, but I'm not phased because that means we get to do Novice at the State agility trial and not scary Excellent just yet! For a very tired puppy dog, she then finished off with Open Jumping and nailed her weave entry and did all the weaves first go :) We still can't do the distance part but oh well  She went round with enthusiasm and a waggy tail despite her droopy eyes all night.

Cheers to my girls, you did me proud this weekend regardless of no Q's!! ;)

It was a struggle getting out of bed this morning, and I know its going to be worse tomorrow :)

Rubystar I saw Millies first run and yep it certainly was a goodie.

Mirawee, Bedazzled and Caffy all got passes and Snaz's run in masters agility was lightening fast :)

Well done to everyone.
