Someone cut the sides out of a shopping bag to make a sling with handles for their dog that was having trouble in his hind legs. But I agree, they are those bags that Hazy mentioned, particularly if you are ever shopping at Aldi's! And I think the livestock rescue is called Maggie's Rescue - I couldn't remember the name.
