Folding Dog Bed

Does anyone know where I can buy folding dog beds? I have googled and found a few ones I like but they don't ship to Australia :( I want beds that can easily and quickly fold down, and that are light-weight to store in our motorhome.

When we set up camp we get out our chairs and the dogs have to remain on the ground. They are not used to this. And yeah they are a bit spoilt

Can't help you with folding dog beds, I know Petstock had a folding dog bed (like a big moon chair but flatter and lower) but still took up a bit of space. One of the premium dog food companies is currently giving away fold up dog beds too - you need to purchase 2 bags to score a bed though (I think it's Proplan?).

I have a folding camp bed which I bought on special from Rays which two of my dogs are happy to sleep on with some extra bedding on top. The third shares with me

I bought a double camp chair which folds up into a cylinder, like all the single ones do. My two use this as their camp bed, up high off the ground, protected from wind and portable to move around. My friends thought I was spoiling my dogs rotten when I got it, but it is so useful and keeps the dogs out of the way, they all want one for their dogs now I used to have an actual dog bed that folded up the same way, it was lower, but it didn't hold their weight and collapsed.

Edit to add they only use this while we are awake, they sleep on our beds at night time!!

Yeah I do like these :) thanks. I wonder how easy they are to put up and take down? I want something ultra easy as I'll have 3 of them.

I have thought about getting them each their own camp chairs but the height off the ground makes them unsuitable, the rotti can't jump at all and the boxer jumps on them with such great exuberance that they tip over.

Looks like they'd stack pretty well anyway - not sure I'd both folding them up if I had a van/motorhome. The ones in the second link do look nice!

it's a whole new world out there... I love camping and camping gear and these weren't really out when my girl was around.

I had to go looking..! What was the one you liked the look of but didn't ship to Australia??

I have the outdoor hound roll up one in the back of my car (the floor of the boot was too hard for the delicate soul!). He likes it enough that he is happy to use that for his bed when we go away or for when he comes to work and generally likes stiff sides to a bed :)

Easy to wash too
