aww, poor little horsepuppy ....

white pudding/black pudding ..or go the whole hog ! carob, sweet- melted .cool to almost solid ....tablets coated ,cooled ..dipped in peanut butter .............and DON't eat them yourself!! use gloves so NO drug smell is on your fingers ..and prepare the whole lot with dogs busy chewing bones or outside ...

with me, it's nails.

let her miss a day of food .. put her outside roll pills in some fresh meat /liver/cheese .. start throwing her bits of plain food ..just small bits that don't need chewing ..and toss in the pills every so often ... I find poking pills down teh hole HEAPS less stressful for us all ;)

oops. maybe restrict his access to different rooms ..and keep him close?

judy69 also ..make sure he has LONG walks/runs .. so at least his body is a bit weary ... give him RR every 1/2 hr ... a drop on that bare skin on the back of his ears .. or one drop on his gums ...

What breed .. and did he have to fly to you, or did you collect him from nearby? Is he drinking ok? Did the breeder give you a diet sheet ... ?

Sounds a bit odd ... could you have missed it? I would phone the breeder ... is he eating/playing etc ?

If you can manage I would suggest trying ADAPTIL - the synthetic doggy 'feelgood' pheremone . It is available in collars , which may help . LINK here but guess prices vary from place to place . poor little guy - hope it can get sorted .

She has a thick soft coat - his is not like that ....

She is in good hands - nice long walks are great for settling an anxious soul :)
