The vials for the vaccines actually cost very little less than these guys are charging to do them for. They used to be cheaper, but the price went up rather steeply a while back. When you go to a regular vet for vaccinations, you usually get a general checkup of your dog too... let's not forget that. T.

Feed her separately if she's on solids and has an appetite... and make sure she gets her share of boobie time on mum for the good stuff... T. T.

It would be good to be able to get those basics done at a reasonable cost... vaccinations, worming, and the like... but I'd be more likely to go to a proper clinic for anything that needed diagnostics or treatment. T.

I've only just noticed how much she still looks like her puppy photo... such a pretty face... As for the latest "fatty" photos... OMG! Just wait until it all drops ready for whelping... she's going to be enormous in a week's time... errr! She looks in awesome condition too... you are going to have nice big healthy babies for sure... all 11 of them... lol! How many boobies are inflating? My girl's immature ones right up near her armpits even had milk when she had 10 pups to feed... Can't wait to see puppy photos... only a week or so to wait... so exciting! T.

Where is his crate currently located, and can he see you from it? I found that pups settled much better if their crate is in my bedroom and facing so they can see me... I also found that they settled easier if they had something puppy sized to snuggle up with - in my case a large teddy bear plonked in their bed to simulate a litter mate (purely for comfort reasons)... T.

It's kinda sad that the giving seems to occur most when a tragedy has occurred though... Wouldn't it be wonderful if that outpouring of care and concern went on all of the time? T.

Pickles fits the bill here perfectly methinks... as she was born in a remote camp in the Northern Territory, when people ask what breed she is, I ust say "pick one, it's probably in there"... *grin* T.
