I will always have a soft spot for a Beagle! I'm a sucker for those flappy ears
-
Shop at the K9 grounds sells them too

Thanks emery Might give it a miss though, if my last costume is anything to go, it's best I stay home I wonder if I will get any kids knocking on my door this year ;) Might put a padlock on my front gate Yes I often feel like this lately, not sure what's wrong with me. I went to training last night not really feeling it, so decided to just do some easy stuff, with lots of click and treat to keep my motivation up as well as the dogs. Ended up having a really good session Did you miss me Yep!

I grew up with small breeds (Maltese, Yorkie, Australian Terrier) but always dreamt of owning a Lab. Finally got myself one as an adult, and there was no question that I had to have another! I used to be very close-minded about other breeds - Labs only! But since joining DOL, my eyes have been opened to all the lovely breeds out there and I would like to venture out and try different breeds in the future (Aussie Shepherd, Beagle, and English Setter for starters!) But I would like to think I will always have a Lab in my life, they still are my favourite breed

And lots of us still haven't met him yet! That is just not on

mirawee, hope Varda is ok!!!! Silly dogs. Millie screams in pain going #2's as well if she's had too many bones, so she doesn't get them much now

I haven't done a Halloween party since high school, and my homemade pirate outfit was a complete disaster
-
She's nice and big!! I guess 7 pups :D
-
Great, thanks :D I'll check out FB soon, too
-
That'll go by in no time!!

Naww Millie, why were you looking away!! :D Love the one with Rosie next to them, too, you can tell she really wants to be a Lab when she grows up Trixie in her hat Yes, Lab heads fit hats nicely

Shorts weather here, too! I was up just before 6am for a retrieving training date and it was a tad chilly, had jeans and jacket on. Went to our BBQ afterwards and had to change into shorter pants, got a bit too warm! I'd like to get a Beagle one day, but that day will probably come at retirement Candice got some lovely shots of the dogs today with party hats on, hope she can post a few for us! A group of nearby picnicers were awwing when the 3 Labs were in a line getting their photo taken

I first read that as "need to get rid of Mason first!"

Nawwwwwwwww Beagle puppy!!!!! Very sweet! A Beagle was going to be my next dog. Probably won't be now as they aren't quite suited to me afterall, but I don't love them any less!

Congrats to everyone on their wins, passes and titles!!!

Well, I've caved My two furbabies are up on the lounge next to me (on a sheet!) I said to myself, if I was told they wouldn't be here next week, would I let them up for cuddles? Of course the answer was YES, so I decided this is something I'd like to let them do for a while.. until they abuse the privelege I have Ruby snuggled against me, and Millie next to her. Took quite a bit of coaxing to get them up though Millie got up, decided it was too weird for her, then got down! Got Ruby up, and she didn't get off When I tried calling Millie back up to join us, Ruby took that as an invite to snuggle closer so I am having snuggles with my baby girl who always gets pushed away by Millie, and now Millie is laying on the end. They look content! But downside, I can't easily move if I need to

Poor Toby I don't know much about acupuncture but I think it sucks all this energy out of them (hopefully bad energy!) that makes them all sleepy. Ruby has had acupunture twice and I was told she would probably fall asleep once the needles were in. I didn't believe her, but sure enough, Ruby laid down and her eyes got very droopy, with all these needles hanging out of her When the needles came out, they were all bendy. No worries about tomorrow, hopefully Amy and Candice are still on for tomorrow? We can do a walk too girls seeing there will be a smaller number, if you're up for it. Candice and I did the walk and it was just lovely

Yes I do recall you saying something to the effect of you would never be caught dead showing in Group 3! And that you were a Group 5 girl only

Insurance Won't Pay Claim For Skin Condition
RubyStar replied to bianca.a's topic in General Dog Discussion
As long as there is no gap in your cover with the same insurance company you successfully claimed HD related issues with, then the insurance company should be paying out for that condition for the life of your dog (but will usually charge you an excess once each year you make a HD related claim). Again, only if there is no gap in your cover. -
No not at all, just didn't see you as someone wanting to handle a Lab! Thanks
-
Thanks, mim I went through the order process waiting for a page to tell me what day it would be delivered and a payment page but all of a sudden it told me that my order was successfully placed I don't know what day it will be delivered and I don't have an esky, so instead of backing out of the order, I replied to the automated email saying I would prefer to pickup now and what day can I pick it up. The order process is a bit anti user friendly for first time order placers!!

Can anyone please tell me anything about The Pet Chef? Do we buy online and it gets delivered or we pickup from somewhere? How much is delivery?
-
Oooh showing what breed? An adult Pointer who belongs to a friend and possibly a baby Lab Love the Christmas collars too! You handling a Lab?! Yes I love those Xmas collars, too!!! If mine wore collars round the house I'd be tempted to buy/try make some myself ;)
