I agree, but she was probably refuelling.

He looks like a giant here.

A few of his friends have told him that. I think he'd have quite a few orders if he ever did get the finished work cast.

amongst Marcus' other talents, he's quite artistic. This is an unfinished sculpture of his. I'm hoping he'll get around to finishing it one day. 5F6A7224dppt by kirislin, on Flickr It's quite detailed. You might notice if you look closely, it's a girl, and if you flip her upside down she's anatomically correct, to every little detail. 5F6A7225dppt by kirislin, on Flickr she's very lean and graceful 5F6A7226dppt by kirislin, on Flickr

Thousands Of Dog Attacks Reported In Melbourne
Kirislin replied to samoyedman's topic in In The News
So tired of this pluralistic BS. If a person commits an assault, we don't just shrug our shoulders and say "oh well, all people have the potential to be aggressive." ALL dogs most definitely do NOT have the potential to be aggressive. What we perceive as "aggression" (anthropomorphism) is a function of breeding, upbringing, and training. Dogs that have been bred for security work, some forms of hunting, (and yes fighting) often have "aggressive" traits bred in. Unfortunately dogs bred "wildly" or carelessly bred without regard to "temperament" may also have these traits. It's like responding to a fatal white-pointer attack by saying "all fish have the potential to be aggressive." No that would be like pointing to a dog attack and saying "All mammals have potential to be aggressive". They do, whether or not a pigmy shrew would inflict severe injuries is another matter though. -
FOUND FOUND FOUND!!!! THE AMAZING KIRSTEN ONCE AGAIN, YES I'M SHOUTING......WITH JOY AND RELIEF

still missing, we're still looking. There was a sighting in Gibbs rd, she actually walked into someone's house and sat down but he didn't try to catch her, and she walked out again

CC I wrote about my friends little foster dogs experience on facebook but I also know another lady who adopted a middle aged dog well over 10 years ago. She had to have one of her dogs eyes removed and a few years later the 2nd one was taken. By then her dog must have been at least 10 years old, so she was certainly a mature girl. She's now around 17 and still going strong ruling the roost so hopefully Louis has a few good years in him yet. I really think the thought of removing an eye worries us alot more than it worries them. No more pain for him. Good luck with it and give him a hug from me.

Phwoar!!!!! I love it!!

You take some fabulous photos Spoony

I'm having trouble now too but it's different to yours. I signed in and got taken to some yahoo page telling me i've got a new email address and a whole lot of other crap I didn't bother reading. When I went back to my flickr page it still says I have to sign in, although if I wanted to it seems I can edit photos on my account, but I cant upload. Oh hang on, I can upload but there's a stupid yahoo banner at the top of the page that blocks it from view. That's what mislead me to sign in again.

Yep, we've disproved that here, whoever wrote that doesn't know what they're talking about. With so many cameras around these days it's easily proven most dogs that can get up a bit of speed, not sure about the show pekes I've seen waddling round the ring, but probably most other dogs can do it. It's definitely an old myth.

Please tell us the brand and models of the cameras used. I'd love an underwater camera but I dont really think I'd get enough use out of it.
-
He certainly looks like he wants to play doesn't he. Full of fun.
-
I had to look for a while, couldn't see very well, and neither could he from the looks of things. I think he was going "ouch! ouch! sand in eyes, cant see...... "

this little whippet was a particularly airborne runner. She's only got one foot barely touching the ground in this whole sequence. ** correction, I looked more closely and it's not touching either. Marloo running sequence CR LM by kirislin, on Flickr

In my search I found a pet shop closing down. Dont think they've got what he wants but someone here might find a bargain. Petshop closing down

I've emailed my friend the pics of the ones I've found but he's not happy with them, he want's one with a more "severe" opening. I suggested a kramar dog kennel with the top removed but he doesn't want that either although the shape is probably more like what he wants. He's very fussy.
-
that's good to know. thanks
-
yes but one look at him and we can see he's part sighthound.
