  1. Are they doing 4 shows over 3 days or 4 days do you know please? Evidently 1 on Friday, 2 on Saturdau and 1 on Sunday.
  2. I have never even looked at manufacturers'recommended amount, I guess I got used to judging by my dogs'condition years ago, before commercially prepared foods were around.
  3. Thanks, yes the schedules are online but not the actual magazine (only July issue online). Maybe just late, see if turns up this week.
  4. Has anyone received their August Dogs Vic Gazette yet? I usually receive the gazette the first week of the month but not this month's yet.
  5. http://www.dogsvictoria.org.au/GetInvolved/EventsCalendar.aspx Hope that works for you
  6. Has anyone received their numbers for Ladies KA Saturday morning show? Cheque cleared, I've received other three shows' numbers. Maybe in tomorrow's mail.
  7. Heard that group 2 may be inside for one or more of these shows but nothing in schedule regarding that, can anyone confirm or deny. Thanks in advance.
  8. I also use the securapet coup cups ... John (Perperone Supplies who is at Melb shows) has a new one from the US that I think is even better but sadly the bars on my trolley are too wide. cheers, David Must have a look at his new ones next week to see what they're like.
  9. I like Securapet Coop Cups, they don't rust like some other brands, they clamp onto my aluminium bars easily.
  10. Don't know if it would work on paws but some human runners & distance walkers bath their feet in tea to toughen them up. It is the tannin in the tea that is supposed to work.
  11. I have heard of one in the North Ringwood shops (Oban Rd roundabout) that is supposed to be good.
  12. Whereabouts are you? Maybe people could give recommendations in your area.
  13. A 30" would probably be comfortable for it
  14. Massive congrats to Team Huddy
  15. After only a few days on Imuran my girl has come up slightly, hoping that it may be good sign, see what her bloods are on Monady again. Like you, JRG, we have noticed and got her on treatment early.
  16. Sorry wasn't familiar with mdr1, on googling I had better clarify that I am talking about an Aussie Terrier, not an Australian Shepherd.
  17. Thanks Tassie, yep have already done a search, mainly interested to hear of ones that have come through and what treatment seemed to be the turning point. She is holding, caught her early but Prednil only stopping her from plummeting, it isn't enough to make her reach a turning point. So we wait and see if Imuran does the trick. At least she is eating so that is helping keep her strength up.
  18. 3 1/2 weeks ago my Aussie bitch was diagnosed with Haemolytic Anaemia, she is on Prednil but, after initial good response, her blood count is still dropping slowly, we are starting her on Imuran in conjunction with Prednil today. Vet was hesitant to use Imuran initially due to side effects, now at this point it is a matter of weighing risks. Would be interested to hear from people whose dogs have survived this disease. Thanks in advance for any input.
