I have never seen the council mow a naturestrip outside a home. There was a guy in the street next to me, years ago, who kept his home and yard immaculate (sp?) but because of an arguement with the council, he never touched the nature strip. He got warning notices etc to clean it up. I'm not sure who gave in, in the end, but eventually the nature strip was mowed. It went on for months and months. :D hmmm....maybe it was an accidental mow i saw...it was the only time i saw it.. Council mow ours and water the tree but only sometimes! Therefore, we mow it in between.

I haven't heard back, but kind of assumed I wouldn't? Hope whoever receives mine is enjoying it though

Gee, I think you have done a great job researching your new dog and her personality. I have a male/female combination but I think introductions should be done the same way regardless of which gender they are. Perhaps another neutral introduction and then walk home together? Have someone else to help you with this. Try not to be too anxious because they will pick up on this. Our greyhound joined us earlier this year. They had 2 little disagreements and now get along great! Ours took a couple of months to really settle in and show us any affection. Before this she was very aloof with us. I wish you all the best with the introduction of your newest family member!

How were they first introduced? I think it is a good idea that you have separated them for now.

I love homemade things, kitcheny things, chocolate (except dark) and I would love to try some of the lush products that everyone is in love with! I don't drink tea, coffee or alcohol. My dogs (labrador and greyhound) LOVE soft squeaky toys and of course food!

I have no idea what to get yet! Has it been mentioned before what the limit is?
