Ok, It is driving me mad!! At has BAD nails, he also HATES me touching them. The quick (is that what its called? the pink bits?) are VERY long. At the moment i am using a file and gettin gstuck into them every few nights, but they are so long now that they are turning under his paws. Any ideas what i can do? I really am at a loss - i dont want them cut, cause it will hurt him (and i wont cut them myself) Ta Cin

I have a talker - she goes all day, not whinging to get her own way, just talkign (staffy ) she doenst worry me, i did teach her to speak and Quite, but i really dont mind, i live alone, so its nice to have someone to talk to me!

Sorry, if my dog doenst eat what they are given, they go hungry - i not fussing around changing foods for them kaos also gets the runs bad when i do a food change over, i im in the process of doing a change from supercoat to nurto, and she has a touch of the runs. They get the same thing. they get some fish once aweek and a few bones - they are happy

ARGH IF the dog has a tag who ever finds it will ring that number and return the dog. You said that is what needs to be done "crack down on dogs wearing tags" by doing that it will save rangers time to do other things. YET - when you find a dog, EVEN with a tag, you ring the rangers - meaning that you are taking them AWAY from whatever it is that they should be doing ETA: I give up.

A few. I have heard of dogs hanging themselves, 2 dogs playing and getting jaws stuck in them. A few months ago a DOLer was on here, she nearly lost 2 of her dogs due to them getting stuck in the collar - i rather my dog be picked upby the ranger and fined, then have a dead dog

Growing up dogs were not allowed inside - As kids we spent all our time outside with the dogs, not inside ignoring them while sitting in front of a TV of computer. I walk/pet sit many dogs that dont come in, they are all friendly and great dogs. I never said there's anything wrong! It's just a question I would like answered tis all. Some dogs are people dogs and crave attention. Not being allowed to come inside and then being smacked (for whatever reasons) will not make the dog like you all that much. I have to pursue this topic because Shekhina, you are correct in one sense. I do have a very bad reputation with SOME registered Gundog breeders. Thought i would post this over here - not in lost and found you are more then welcome to come to my house and "train" my dogs. I have a fear aggressive bitch and a food guarding dog. They have both had training, and will have training for the rest of their lives. I get sick of people who have a perfect dog get on here and say shit like the above. Until you own a problem dog, you have no idea how hard it is and the amount of training they do get.

wack it with a lead thing? god - go to the vet, they will find you a dog club to join, go and get some books and learn do not hit your dog :D: If you cant look after it then surrender it or find a better home with someone who understands IT
