  1. The new M L is available in heath stores. It is totally different from the old packaging. I was looking for some other vitamins and was offered the NEW Missing Link.
  2. At those prices you will not get a guarantied analyses.
  3. http://www.google.com.au/search?sourceid=n...osate+herbicide
  4. I have bathed orphan pups at 4 days of age. My dogs are bathed before every show. I have been known to come and re bath if the show grounds are in bad condition ready for the next days showing = red mud, red dust, etc. Just make sure you use a quality shampoo then condition.
  5. I like the enviro for one of my dogs, but like many I would rather not go to PP. Is there any other stores that stock it.
  6. Hi lillysmum, I have never seen on this list any person who is against vaccination. Please, I hope you don't think than my dogs are not vaccinated. I have bred many litters and no pup has ever left here without being vaccinated. As I lost one of my beloved dogs to what I believe was a case over vaccination, I then set about gathering as much information as I could from learned people around the world. It appears as though I was one of many asking similar questions. Cheers
  7. Hi, I don't understand why you would want to vaccinate a perfectly healthy that has shown prior reactions. It is not necessary now days to vaccinate every year. If you are in any doubt have the dog titre tested. All the titre test has to do is to show that there are antibodies in the dogs body. If you have a high titre test it will mean that the dog has come in contact with that particular disease and has fought it and killed it. If you get a low titre test it means that the dog has not come incontact with any disease.
  8. I use their Paratak. I buy them by the hundred (cheaper). Never had a problem with with. I use them on the babies after an initial dose of liquid. They are usually a good price to.
  9. Well there is one more explanation. Could she have had a false heat, then come back in season and got herself mated without your knowledge and is indeed having puppies.
  10. Sorry, should have worded that better. A day. Then you can adjust it if you think it's not enough or vice versa
  11. As Gomez is a Norfolk he will require stripping all the time to keep him neat and tidy. Unless you want a small shaggy dog with lots of coat. To help his coat add a teaspoon of Linseed or (Flax seed same thing) oil to his meal. It may be purchased from the supermarket or a health food shop.
  12. Hi Wingus, You have actually trained your dog to do it with realizing it. Dog are cleaver, and can be trained easily to respond to situations. The dog wants to go home for it's tea. That's why it pulls on the way home. You prepare the meal and as soon as you get home you feed the dog. The dog is just one jump ahead of you. No preparing of the meal before, and no tea till till an hour after getting home. The dog may continue to do this for some time till it realises that no meal is forthcoming. So may people tell me that their dog knows when they are going out and they can't understand how the dog knows this. It is so easy, you usually go through a procedure before you go out = ie change clothes, shower, get keys, get bag. Then leave. The dog knows what's happening only you don't realise. The dog can be outside but his hearing tells him whats going on.
  13. Why don't you contact the CCC of Qld (07 3253 2661) Web www.cccqorg.au and get the names of some registered breeders and see if they can help you. You never know you might just get a better deal.
  14. Hi, Does it really matter if it is on the grass or concrete?. It still has to be picked up and disposed of. I find it is easier on the concrete and you can disinfect and hose easier.
  15. May I please ask where the hernia is? Is it near the navel or is it in the groin area. If it is in the groin area it would be wise to have it checked. If it is in the navel area and not large and not causing problems, just ask the vet to check next time you have a visit.
  16. Dishwashing liquid. Use a good quality one. Put it on the grease pure and keep adding till the grease is gone. Then a good shampoo and conditioning.
  17. Hi Varicool, You will not get the same effect with sardines. (the oil in them is usually olive oil) Just give one capsule every second day.
  18. True, but there are some where dietary deficiency/mal-absorption has been the culprit. Would hate to think this as a 'cause' subsists merely because of assumption that it doesn't exist. Sometimes a simple change of diet (so long as it is a good diet) does the trick. Yes of course your quite correct. It should be the first thing done.
  19. Hi Erny , Been down this trail with blood tests. Nothing found other than a healthy dog. I have come to the same conclusion as many, some do, some don't. You don't, I don't, we don't, but they do. They are dogs, and what dogs do, can be so surprising. I was told many years if you don't like the habit don't look. Cheers
  20. Early de sexing "may" help. Please note that I said "may" help. All entire males tend to do it. They are far worse when a bitch is in season.
  21. Don't panic, blood and bone is just that, blood and bone. You may find, that a lot of older breeders put a spoonfull or two on their dogs tea.
  22. Just use methylated spirits. You can tip as much in as you like. The dog will shake out any excess bringing out any muck with it. The Metho evaporates, Hey Presto dry ears.
  23. Hi, Sorry to hear that Pixie's progress has not been good. Just a thought, maybe a visit to another vet?. Couldn't hurt.
